As a patient, I wanted to be seen in person. Well I scheduled a second visit. After being made to wait for over 35 minutes, I was made to see a physician assistant. The third visit was again a video call. The fourth visit, was made to wait and then told that he is in surgery and another physician assistant would see me. Frustrated I left. I called to explain my frustrations, and was offered another video visit. I understand video visits maybe effective for colds etc, but when a patient is in severe pain, and wishes to see a doctor in person, and we are paying for the visit, not sure why those wishes cannot be respected. Making patients wait and not respecting their time is unacceptable. We take time off work to come in for these scheduled visits. Extremely disappointed that I never actually got to be treated as a patient should have been.

This also caused blood clotting in his lateral ventricles which is a bad place for clotting to happen deep in the brain. Dr Jeffrey Thomas was able to coil both aneurisms and remove the clotting in the ventricles as well, in one operation. This is no easy task by far if you are familiar with this type of brain operation. My father is alive and because of Dr Thomas and his staff my father now has a chance to live and recover. Dr Thomas and his staff have done their part and the rest of the recovery is now up to my father and his strength and will to get better. I also thank Dr Thomas for his kind manners and his easy to talk to personality. He is very informant and also very accessible. If you or anyone you know are in his hands just be patient and know that the best of the best is doing there best to fix your loved one.

The Therapists are great like Kevin, Sophia, and Jamie including the Aids but of course they can only provide treatment as they are ordered and approved. Despite proving clerical with the paperwork, they are still confused and erroneously provided the wrong information (ie. being treated for right hand not left to my surprise). This is failure to include patient in on their their own care planning and treatment...mine! This feedback was escalated because the person at the front desk was unable to provide rationale and an explanation. Hope this changes.

Delilah will work wonders for you. At my first consult with Dr. Kilaru, I knew for sure I wanted him to do my surgery. He was exceptionally thorough in explaining the procedure to me in detail. I was very nervous to go through with it at first and then at my second consult which I felt was even more helpful he went over everything again and worked with me on sizing, shape, etc. and answered all my questions. On the day of surgery he made me feel so comfortable and even cracked a joke. I told him exactly what I wanted, showed pics, told him what I didn't want, and he took everything I said to heart. He made sure I was very comfortable before going into surgery and that I was in good hands. After surgery in recovery he came and told me everything went very well and I will be very happy.
