I went in a few times around Christmas looking for sweaters for my husband. I had basically two sweaters to choose from because they had so few options in his size (which has to be one of the most common men's sizes, which maybe was the problem, but hello it's Christmas -- can you keep your store somewhat stocked?) Im realizing that I'm always harder on retail shops, because deep down I don't really like shopping to begin with. I'm just so much happier to have something magically show up on my doorstep. I have nothing negative to say about the store clerks here, but it does seem like their dressing rooms or maybe just the whole place could use a facelift. It just feels cramped and cluttered, like I fell into a well-lit closet full of distressed denim and brightly colored cardigans. And good luck navigating the racks if there's a parent with a stroller in there, because they almost certainly will run you over.

I can't believe that I haven't reviewed this store yet. When I first moved in Cleveland in August…read more2017, I visited Bed Bath & Beyond a lot to browse and shop at little for my new apartment. My roommate and I back then ended up buying some curtains which I believe was from this store. This store has a TON of different things for your house such as bedsheets, lamps, kitchen utensils, bathroom accessories, etc. If you happen to be hungry as you checkout, they sell snacks and sweets (candy) at the checkout lane. Recently, I visited in September 2019 to buy a new duvet cover and sheets for my bed. The whole set costs about $60 and it came with pillow covers and a decorative pillow. The store associates have always been helpful whenever I've had a question. I'll be back if I need something for my current studio apartment. **** - 130 total reviews in 2019 - 339 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 24 September 2019

Our order was thru bedbathandbeyond.com, but this is your sign to never order large furniture that…read moreyou can't lift yourself through this company. Since our couch order was heavy, we opted for 'room of choice' as our delivery option, which included the delivery team carrying the couch up a max of 2 flights of stairs. This was needed by us because we're on the 3rd floor of an apartment that doesn't have elevators. On the day of delivery, the 3rd party delivery service that's contracted with BB&B sends us something with fine print that states they only carry orders over the threshold of the building, and leave it there. When we ask to maintain the service we paid for, our delivery was cancelled, pending working it out with BB&B customer service. Next, customer service repeatedly tries to tell us we requested something outside the listed terms of 'room of choice' delivery, thinking we were asking them to go up more than two flights of stairs. Once they finally understood we didn't ask for anything that wasn't included in that delivery option, tmhey told us they would refund the extra money for the delivery option we paid for, but it was up to us to take the couch up the stairs. When we told them that was unacceptable and wanted a refund, they initially claimed it would be labeled "buyers remorse" and we'd be charged anywhere between $100-695, which would be 50% of the total price. After standing up for ourselves and pointing out that this was false advertising, (we were denied a service that was included in what we paid for), they eventually granted us a full refund, after weeks of arguing back and forth. What a nightmare. The company never took any responsibility in the process for contracting with a company that refused to meet a service they advertised, nor did they attempt to find another delivery service that could accommodate. Pathetic customer service, they lost a customer for life. Don't order online with them!

This White House Black Market is located at the Legacy Village. I'm not a big follower or fan of…read morethe brand, but stopped in while in the area. I was on a quest to find a blouse for a conference. I'd give the store a solid 3. I walked in and out not particularly impressed by anything. Ambiance/Inventory: The store is well organized and stocked. There are plenty of quality fabrics - cozy sweaters and silky blouses. You'll also find holiday dresses made out of satin and velvet. Overall, the fashions seem like outdated classics. Expect to spend what you would at any department store at the mall. Personally, I cannot support the brand since they don't sell plus sizes (go up to XL). Only because I don't personally fit into any of their clothes. Service: The service is lacking. No greeting upon arrival, no suggestions to find something, no one whatsoever working on the retail floor. I found it very strange considering how attentive service is at other surrounding stores. If you're looking for seasonal holiday attire or a pretty statement piece, stop in. I won't be returning due to service and no availability of my size.

Got their new spring…read morecatalogue in the mail a couple of weeks ago and found a bunch of cute dresses and tops that I wanted to go and try on. As always, the store has a bunch of sizes (from tiny up to size 16) for you to try on. It's very rare that they run out of the popular sizes unless they're at the end of the season. The saleswomen at this location are fantastic and they constantly come in the dressing area to ask how you are doing and to see if they can get you any other sizes. I especially like the fact that they suggest different accessories (belt, shrugs, jackets) for each outfit and they have low-heeled shoes for you to wear when you try on your outfits in case you happen to be in winter boots or running shoes like I usually am! As the name states, they carry white, neutral and black stuff....but it's all clothes that you can mix and match with more colorful stuff from other places if you like that pop of color in your wardrobe. The cuts of the clothes are very flattering for all kinds of different body types and ages. I've seen everyone from tiny girls to "Rubinesque" ladies, from teenagers to grandmothers walk out of this store with something in hand that they were excited to wear. If you're looking for well-made, beautiful clothes that will see themselves through many seasons (because all of their styles are classic and won't date themselves) go over here and try some stuff on! Doesn't hurt that they have a coupon up on Yelp now for 20% of your entire purchase on March 10th and 11th, you may see me there!
