    Spent over $3000 for a couch. First couch arrived and was documented during delivery of stains and…read morerips. The owners of Myers sent the delivery crew back out to steam clean the furniture. Not sure what their intentions were, but steam does not fix rips. We sent photos of more rips and was determined by the manufacturer as a defect. Took a few weeks which is understandable to get an replacement, but a replacement couch was sent. Here we are again with a new couch with the same rips. Now we are being told that the rips were caused by our dog. 1st off my dogs are perimeter guard dogs and never enter the house. Again, same rips as the original couch and now they want to blame on dogs!!! This company was recommended as a local business that stand behind their product which we found out first hand is NOT true. DO NOT BUY FROM MYERS GOODS HOME & DECOR. I gave them an opportunity to keep their name untarnished, but just dismissing clear manufacture defects and blaming animals is not ok. Do they want to blame my bearded dragon and turtles too?!?! I will continue to post on all social platforms to help other buyers from getting cheated. This couch has now been removed from their website. Hmmmm I wonder why?!?!

I spent over $4,000 here and have had continuous issues, not just with the products, but with the complete lack of accountability from the staff and management. The saleswoman who handled my purchase used sketchy sales tactics and made repeated mistakes: she sent the wrong items twice, and when replacements finally arrived, several pieces were damaged. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, she was rude, condescending, and dismissive -- even gaslighting me about what had been discussed and insisting her manager wasn't available (which turned out to be untrue). When I finally spoke with a manager, I expected professionalism and a clear resolution. Instead, he defended his employee, and showed zero concern for the inconvenience caused. To make matters worse, customer service promised that a regional manager would contact me, but that follow-up never happened. Because of their repeated mistakes, I had to take time off work five separate times to accommodate deliveries and exchanges. Having multiple delivery crews in and out of my home over and over was not only inconvenient, but incredibly frustrating -- especially when the issues were entirely the store's fault. After spending thousands of dollars, I expected quality service and accountability, not excuses and indifference. This experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and disappointing at every level. Save yourself the frustration -- there are plenty of furniture stores that value their customers and handle issues with integrity. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.
