I've read other reviews (other sites) about the grumpy middle aged guy with poor customer service and met him in the flesh. The leather is of the highest quality, handmade - and always super stylish! Walking around NYC people always stop and ask "where did you get those shoes?" Alessio is amazing at knowing the fit of every shoe and what works best for your foot. I texted him from the US and purchased a pair of shoes to surprise my husband for his birthday -he never had them on, but Alessio remembered what shoes he had and what the best fit would be....they fit perfect!!!
