It's a fairly small place, but it's got what I need: treadmills, bikes and elliptical trainers, and a nice selection of weight machines and free weights. Daily classes for those who want them, along with a tanning room and individual showers/changing rooms. Dan and Gisela, the owners, are there daily, they'll greet you when you walk in, and they work hard to keep the place nice. I see a lot of the same people there from day to day, and it's a nice change from the slightly cheesy meat-market atmosphere I've encountered at some other gyms other the years. Like I said, no BS here -- just the stuff you need to stay fit, in a safe, clean, welcoming environment. One last comment: I usually visit in the mornings, and there is never a crowd or a problem accessing equipment, even when school is in. It's a bit more crowded in the evenings, but I have never waited more than a couple of minutes for a treadmill. There's 24 hour access by key card, too. If you need a pool, a sauna, a country-club locker room, or some exotic piece of high-tech fitness machinery, this isn't the place. Otherwise, give it a try!

This individual has repeatedly been seen staring at women inappropriately while they work out, including looking up girls shorts, watching them through mirrors, and even adjusting his workouts to position himself near younger women. Many of us have filed multiple complaints expressing that we feel unsafe, yet each time these concerns have been dismissed, with staff saying there is nothing they can do. This is unacceptable. A gym should be a safe environment for everyone, and it's deeply concerning that these repeated reports have not been taken seriously. Are you really going to wait until something escalates before taking action? This has led myself along with multiple others to in turn cancel our memberships. Do better.

I caught it all on camera. When I got home and figured out who it was that had been there, I called the business and they would not give me the owner's contact info, nor did I receive a call from anyone apologizing or explaining the situation--nothing. I finally received a call a week later from Mr. Tugman wanting to know why I had left a message to have the owner call me (he still wouldn't put me in contact with her), and he STILL wouldn't apologize and just made excuses! So unprofessional and very creepy guy. I would not feel safe with him on my property ever. I filed a police report.
