Don't use this decorator at all!…read more Highly unprofessional individual (Karan) and team. They forced a change of plans that the bride originally wanted by texting her constantly ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING!!! When the bride (my sister) expressed that she would like to be able to make the decision, she was met with argumentative responses saying that they were going to go ahead and move all of the decor inside since it would be raining for sure the next day - keep in mind that at this point it was a 30% chance of rain happening, so this was very premature. Karan was constantly texting her all day trying to force my sister's hand in the decision and because of this, she could not fully enjoy herself the first day of the wedding. He continued to lie about timings that their staff needed to complete set up by and they did not even take down and remove the decor from day 1... the wedding guests helped to take all that down. Ultimately, Karan ended up saying that he would not be coming the next day for decorations at 2AM the night before.... This left my sister without a decorator for her second day with less than 12 hours notice!!! Luckily the DJ from day one came through with a last minute decor vendor (Dharma Events) that was able to take the original design and produce a mandap that was even better than the bride could ever imagine at almost half the cost of the original designs. I would highly recommend going with them instead of having to deal with this unruly and unprofessional vendor.

I soon realized that pandemic or not, I couldn't achieve all the elements I wanted without professionals by my side! We hired Yaadein Events as day-of coordinators and it was one of the best decisions we made. Because of their hard work, attention, and constant care, I was able to be a bride, enjoy the day, and worry less. The venue walk-through and schedule review was super helpful. I will also never forget how CALM they were on the day of. You can tell they live and breathe weddings. Yaadein is top notch!

Over the summer, we got married in Tarrytown, NY, and one thing we both knew we wanted for our…read morewedding was a photo booth. We have always loved taking pictures together at photo booths at other weddings, so we were excited to have one at our own! After speaking with our wedding venue, they recommended a few photo booth companies, and we are SO happy they suggested Fun Booth LLC. From the moment we reached out, they were incredibly responsive and took the time to answer every single one of our questions. They truly went above and beyond to bring our dream photo booth to life! About a month before the wedding, we decided at the last minute that we wanted to incorporate an LED sign with our last name. Fun Booth recommended a company for us to purchase one from and had no problem setting it up for us on our wedding day. We love that the sign is now hanging in our apartment and is a special reminder of our wedding day! After the wedding, it was so much fun looking through the photo booth book our guests created with their photos and messages. We also received access to all of our photo booth pictures digitally a couple of weeks after the wedding, which was such a great way to relive the memories! We highly recommend Fun Booth LLC to anyone looking for a photo booth for their wedding. They were professional, responsive, accommodating, and helped make our wedding even more memorable. Thank you, Fun Booth, for being such a special part of our day!

This DJ not only played good music for 4 hours straight, but he also managed to have a balloon machine on hand and was making balloons for roughly 15 yelling kids, all while taking song requests and playing music without a pause or complaint. We payed for the upgraded lighting package which was totally worth it for the extra $50. The balloon machine was a pleasant unexpected surprise! He kept the kids entertained while the adults were able to eat! And he was a great emcee and very friendly. The only reason for one less star is someone at the office forgot to give him our song list, but he was able to play it after we emailed it to his phone. Also, didn't like that he didn't have one song we wanted and we had to pay and download it for him on iTunes. Other than that though, we totally recommend this company! Just make sure you call the day before to make sure the DJ brings your song list and has all your songs you want played.

We looked at more than 20 different DJ companies and they all offered the same boring, typical photobooth, and were very costly. When I came across Royal Productions, as per recommendation, we went with them immediately. They were so professional and probably one of our best vendors to deal with. I cannot say enough great things. Because their photobooths are so offbeat from the rest, our guests are still complimenting us, and saying how much fun they had in them! The props were just perfect. It really made our wedding that much more special for both us, and our guests who have a token from our wedding day. We will unquestionably be using them for future events, and will continue to recommend them to our friends and family.

The owner of the…read morebusiness, Bill Boettcher, told me less than 48 hours before my event that he would be sending a substitute when all along I was told it would be he at my event. All during the time before my event he was extremely difficult to reach but I let it go because my primary music was to be through the live band, who was fantastic. But there were reasons I also wanted a DJ and my reasons turned out to be valid. The DJ Bill ultimately sent was ok. the music was fine and really there was nothing in particular I needed to have the DJ do or to discuss with him so no complaints. But the motivator, as sweet as could be, did not seem to know her job. I had to tell her when to give out items and if I hadn't told her we would still be waiting. Only during the last hour did she do any kind of interaction with the kids. There were no games as I had been told there would be and items that were specifically ordered for my event, I never saw. All of this didn't leave me thrilled, but the worst was that I wrote to Bill after the event and let him know I just wanted to talk to him. I wasn't going to make too big a deal of it but I thought maybe the motivator was new and simply needed some guidance. I didn't hear back for a week and when I wrote again, I received a rather rude response admonishing me for not being more patient. He didn't like some of what I wrote in my second e-mail (which did indicate I was upset he hadn't responded yet)and indicated that was the only reason he was responding despite being so busy. Had he only written originally and asked me to wait until things quieted down I wouldn't be writing this. But he stated right out that he only responded to me because something upset him. Yet he didn't feel it important enough to answer me when I was upset, didn't feel it important enough to make sure things had gone well, and overall didn't think it important enough to provide good customer service. I don't know if things would have been better with a different motivator and if the owner had done my event, as originally planned. But he (Bill, the owner) is extremely difficult to reach when things are going well, and pretty much not at all unless he feels it is important. I would not use this company again.

It is huge and also has amazing red brick walls, some are colored yellow too. It was perfect location for a production that needs that rustic feeling, which was what I had been looking for. The staff were extremely accommodating and really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Whilst we were not able to fully close the doors at all times, this was explained prior to the production, so we were fully aware and compliant, since we noticed it has to do with fire security and building management policies. They provided 2 PAs at each of the entrances to make sure that no one outside of the production came into the room. The two boys proved to be extremely helpful with set up and tear down too! In the end we got the job done beautifully and the clients were very happy. Will definitely be coming back here to shoot.
