Needless to say, we accepted their estimate, and they removed everything right then and there. Could we have rented a U-Haul and taken the stuff to the Tacoma landfill ourselves for less...yes, but not my much. Also, it would have taken us all day, been a huge hassle and a massive headache. I scheduled a couch donation pickup through Resupply who hired G3 Junk Removal. Only one individual showed up despite stating clearly that an extra large heavy sleeper couch needed to be moved. He naturally struggled, then grew angry and frustrated at the situation. In the process of removing items, the mover put a large hole through the drywall! What a terribly unprofessional representative for this company. I am however pleased to report that G3 Junk Removal did honor their responsibility and paid a third-party contractor to repair the damage. I will never use this company, nor will I ever recommend them. But I have updated this review from 1-star to 3-stars since they honored their obligation. read more

Every aspect of my dumpster rental was easy and wonderful. Clear communication, prompt delivery and pick up, kind and helpful people. The rental and dump fees were reasonable too. Every project is different, so your cost might be way off from mine! But I filled a dumpster tearing down an old shed, mostly wood and about 150 SF of shingles. (We left the back and one side wall to serve as a fence, so 60% of the structure). The dump fees (dictated by the city) were around $500 for weight. That plus dumpster rental came in under $1,000. Renting the dumpster and doing the work with a friend saved me a couple of thousand over hiring out the project. I am very happy with my experience. read more

We just bought a house and the previous owner left us a ridiculous amount of their belongs and what would turn out to be a 40 foot trucks worth of trash and then some. G3 was recommended to us from one of the agents helping us with the house. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to come out the same day and give a free estimate of the cost. The guys they send (Ryan and Jimmy) we're friendly, professional, helpful, and some of the hardest working people I've ever met. When all was said and done, G3 ended up removing three 4-foot tucks of trash and random things from our house. The customer service at the main office was just as helpful and professional. I don't know what the going rate of junk removal is, but I am very pleased with G3 and will definitely consider using them again. If you have ever tried to move a California King matress with no grab handles, you'll know it's close to impossible without an army of helpers. Called to have a small amount of odds and ends hauled away. I told her exactly what needed to be hauled away on the phone. The quote was $250. I was very clear how much room it would take in a truck bed. I was 100% correct. She arrived with her husband and put on this big act like it was so much more then we discussed on the phone. She was quite the fast talking "car salesman" She could see we were moving and needed her service. Had the nerve to say it would be $1,500.00!!! Tried to take advantage. She let us know there was availability the next day, but wanted to avoid our being charged more because it was a holiday. I rented a dumpster from G3. They brought it out and picked it up as requested. All was good until they tried to charge me $100 over what was due! They attempted two charges on my card the first was $100 more than what was owed. Had it not been declined, I have fraud protection over $500, they would have over charged me by $100! I recommend if you use them you get a flat rate otherwise you'll never know if they are stealing from you. I won't be using them again. read more
