I've been going to her for years now and my skin has completely changed. Night a day difference! With her treatments and recommendations, my skin is way better now than in my 20s. So thankful to have found her! Not only is she one of the most kind-hearted people you will ever meet, but she is truly the most skilled, thorough, and generous aestheticians you will ever find. By far the best I've found. (Just reading now, and it breaks my heart that one person left her a bad review! Admitting she was great, but just upset with not asking the price ahead of time? So annoying..) Also. I LOVE LAURIE! She couldn't be more kind, cool, and good at her job! Always makes me feel so taken care of! Truly can't say enough good things about this office. Sad how this place has gone down hill…read more The last few times I went I noticed they were trying to phase out the front desk: it keeps getting smaller, now regulated to a corner. Like walmarts and k-marts, they want customers to do the work checking themselves, probably so they can save costs while squeezing more and more out of customers. What I find strange is why they still charge spa-like prices when you're not getting a spa-like feel anymore. Anyway, the customer service has gotten terrible so after 5 years of coming here I will never be returning. I never saw long-term results, but had enjoyed pretending!
