I am more than thankful to Phil for coming out and making my sons 10th bday party a success. Kids kept saying it was the best party ever! He was on time and courteous throughout the party. Phil touched base with me many times prior to the party as well to make sure things were good. everything went perfect! HIGHLY advise you to give this company a go! :) read more

The gaming guys were so accommodating to my last minute party planning idea. They were so polite and patient. My son and his friends had a blast. Vincent was very patient with the toddlers who insisted on hanging with the big kids. Thanks guys! read more

After some initial confusion about the TVs on the outside of the truck (only one of their trucks has TVs on the outside), The owner himself and his assistant came out and provided an incredible and outstanding experience for over 30 excited boys and girls who had an incredible time. I got nothing but compliments from all the children and their parents. They even gave us some extra time at the end of the event for free. I would highly recommend this game truck service without reservation. read more

We had them out for a church event. Greet service, everyone enjoyed the games. Very professional, punctual, website was user friendly. Will definitely be using g factor again for the next event. read more

Had the truck for my sons 13th birthday, was a hit! Phil was great, on time, organized and good with the kids. Thanks Phil for a memorable party read more

We had a G-Factor Gaming party today and it was awesome! My daughter had her 10th birthday party today. Her guests were a mixture of 10 year old girls and boys. Having a birthday in February means we always have to plan an indoor party, for today we had non-stop rain. The inside of the truck accommodates 16 kids playing games, and at times we had even more 16 kids inside - the party host was very accommodating in that respect. We attended another G-Factor party back in December during more pleasant weather and enjoyed the two outside game areas as well. While some of the girls eventually got bored and came back inside the house, there were still kids in the truck until the end of our 2 hours. Booking was easy, they made follow up calls and let us know when they were enroute. He even arrived early. I highly recommend G-Factor to anyone who has kids that enjoy video games. read more

They are awesome!!! Just had my son's birthday party today. I am so impressed. They are very clean and active with the children. Money well spent, kids had a blast. I even had a kid who wanted me to plan his bday!!! I will recommend them with the highest rating to anyone. read more

G-Factor Gaming - G-Factor Birthday Party. - Game Truck Rental Near Me

Even though our party was purchased at a charity auction and was donated by G-Factor Gaming, it didn't change the way we were treated! My kids had a neighborhood block party to celebrate the end of summer. G-Factor was on time and ready for the kids, and they had a blast!! They were so attentive through the entire booking process, and very accommodating. We had ages 14 down to 4, and everyone had a great time. There are few activities that can accomplish that. read more

Jake was our gaming coach & all the kids loved him. He was very nice & helpful. The gaming bus was a big hit with all the kids. Kept them occupied the entire time. We rented the gaming bus for my son's birthday party. Highly recommend G-Factor for your next party! read more

Just like all the reviews below,G-Factor Gaming is excellent. They came right on time. Inside was clean. It was Lego themed, and they had all the games we wanted. The age group was 4-5 yrs old and the coach did a great job coaching and helping when needed. Parents were raving about it during and after the event. All the kids had fun, and we can't wait to do it again next year. read more

I think it goes without saying the game truck is pretty cool, especially since we did it for my Son's 8th Birthday party. The company will cater to the level of appropriate games for your kids to play if its a kids party, and each party that you book comes with a game coach and that's what I am pretty upset about. To start off, he showed up late and blamed it on traffic even though our party was booked at 10:30 he didn't show up until 10:45 and he needed 5-10 minutes to setup. He sat on his butt every time a family member checked on the kids, with his sun glasses on looking like he was sleeping. The company called to say they were running late but told me they couldn't stay late because of another party after. I was pretty irritated at this point. I had almost 20 kids sitting at my house for almost 30 minutes bored and waiting for this guy. They did compensate the time at the end, but I'm not sure what would have changed?? The game coach was beyond terrible!!! Everytime I went to check, he had the door wide open while it was 90+ degrees and it was hot as heck in the trailer. When I suggested that he close the door to keep it cooler, he says "I guess we can close it if you want" . His personality was absolutely dry and was not personable like Phil who I talked to on the phone. The game coach in my opinion is who makes this a fun atmosphere and Joe was extremely lazy and not on time. I'll suggest a different truck to my friends if they ever throw a BDay party for there kids again. I was trying to support a fellow IT guy who was the game Coach at the last G-factor party we went to but apparently they don't have all proactive game coaches!! read more

Amazing birthday party for my 8 year old son! The kids had so much fun. Huge selection of games - and the truck is top notch ... awesome inside, clean & spacious. Owner, Jake, knows everyone game inside out and was great in assisting a couple of the 4 year old little brothers there who also wanted to participate. Jake would also text me (I was in the house) updates and pictures as the party went on to keep me in the loop. Can't say enough fabulous things about G-Factor Gaming! read more

GFactor gaming did an amazing job for my son's 9th bday party. He was a pleasure to deal with on the phone, on-time, great with the kids, and made it very easy to have a fun party with very little stress and work! He handled all of the details and the kids had a great time! I think this is hands-down the best birthday party experience my son has ever had and we will absolutely book with GFactor gaming again. read more

Money well spent! Jake with G-Factor Gaming surprised my son for his 11th birthday party. He and seven of his friends had a great time playing games. The boys said they loved that Jake had all of the new games. If you are at all thinking of hiring a gaming truck for your next event I would recommend G-Factor Gaming 100%. There was great communication, they showed up on time, were extremely helpful setting up games for the kids, and made the party fun for everyone. Thanks for bringing the cool factor! read more

We wanted to do something new for my sons birthday this year, and G-Factor Gaming was absolutely perfect. The website is very easy to navigate and book your party. They made sure to keep in touch by email and phone to make sure all my questions were answered. Vincent was our gaming coach and he was very good with the kids, and welcoming with us adults. I must say we were beyond impressed with the great service. We will be using them again next year. read more

G-Factor was by far the best & easiest party my 8year old ever had!!!! All the boys had sooo much fun!!! I highly recommend!!!!

My son had the best 13th Birthday Party. Worth every penny and easy to book. I was so impressed and everyone had an incredible time. Phil our contact with G-Factor was in contact with me to at the time of the booking (one month out from our party date), the week before the party and prior to his arrival of the party. He was professional and managed 14 excited kids perfectly. Thank you so much Phil and G-Factor Gaming!!! read more

This is an overdue review for Phil who made it an enjoyable experience for my son's 12th birthday. He arrived ahead of time and was prompt in setting everything up. G Factor was wonderful! We had a video game truck arranged for our end of season soccer party. The boys (ages 9-10) loved it. The game coach was very good about communicating details with me before, and during the event. I wanted a break mid way through so the boys could come in and have pizza and rest. This worked out great. I would highly recommend G-Factor!! Thank you! read more

Kids had an amazing time in the game trailer. Phil made the experience fun and easy. Our 11 year old had a blast with his Birthday Party! I would use G Factor Gaming again! Thank you Phil! read more

Rented truck for son's birthday party and it was a real hit. All the kids 6-11 loved the variety of games offered. Set and take down was a sinch. Scheduled a few weeks before to secure time block and all questions answered in timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone young or old for their party or event. read more

Couldn't be happier with G-Factor!! We celebrated my son's 13th birthday this weekend and had hired G-Factor Gaming at the request of my son. Vincent arrived on time and had the truck set up right in front of the house. For the next two hours, I don't think I saw any of the 20+ kids or many of the parents as they were all having a blast both in and outside of the truck. Vincent was great! He was so friendly and easy to talk to and he helped the kids with anything they needed and stayed with them the entire time. He gave the kids a heads up before it was time to quit and there were no problems getting any of the kids out of the truck at all. I am absolutely thrilled with both G Factor and Vincent and will definitely be using them again, as I suspect many of my friends will be doing as well. Thank you Jake and Vincent for making this by far the easiest and most fun birthday party!!! You are the best!! read more

Thank you!! Amazing Service !! We will be calling you back!! If anyone is thinking about having a gaming party. These are the guys to call!! read more

Im so happy I decided to so this for my sons 13th birthday. By the time you get this age its harder and harder toncome up with ideas to entertain kids. This was just perfect. My son had 100% attendance and all of themm loved it. The set up was perfect, I didnt do a thing and the kids all disappeared inside the truck for 2 1/2 hours. He was so nice and good with the kids. You can determine what age group you want the games to appeal to and he plays music and lights, even I was impressed and thats hard to do. Will definitely do this again. read more

Hands down the best birthday experience for my son who turned 10. We live in a apartment complex so we had to get permission from my manager and figure out a place that we could use. Phil was awesome we had a area we had in mind and when we measured the space it was just shy of the 48 feet we needed, but Phil came out personally to check out the space. It ended up working out wonderfully. I would highly recommend G-Factor if your looking for video game entertainment for your child's birthday. read more

I would recommend this to anyone. Super fun, super clean, super friendly. The kids and adults loved it.

We used this for our son's 13th birthday party. 7 boys rarely left the truck. We used the two hour block of time and then spent the extra $ for an extra hour - well worth the money! Jake was a great host and had an awesome selection of games. I spoke with him several times to get clarification and he was prompt and very hands on. Hung out with the boys, played with them and against them. The kids all spent the night and talked about it all morning! The birthday boy had the time of his life. Would highly recommend this to anyone! read more

G Factor is awesome!!!! This is the second year in a row that we have used G Factor for my sons birthday and they really came through for us. The owner was really wonderful - confirmed every detail about the party via phone calls, texts, and emails - I really appreciated the fantastic customer service. I was even offered a discount for being a repeat customer! I highly recommend G Factor - they gave my son wonderful memories of a great party. Thank you! read more

Just finished with our son's 10th birthday and we can't say enough about the excellent experience we had with Jake and G-Factor Gaming. 16 9/10-year old boys were in the truck for the entire 2 hours, and our 7-year old daughter and her friend danced like crazy in front of the outside screen - even when it was drizzling. We were extremely impressed with Jake. He was on time, very professional, and very helpful to all of the kids with all of the games. He also had a great game selection. We highly recommend him! Thanks Jake!! read more

My kids absolutely loved G Factor!! The coolest thing ever...highly recommended for birthday parties!

This was a fantastic choice for my son's 12th birthday. The kids left the truck for 5 minutes to gobble down a snack and ran back inside for more. Some of the parents and I watched the parent cam from outside to see how much fun they were having inside while we chatted and played the wii outside. Jake provided REALLY great service and an awesome experience. My son is already asking to do it again for his next birthday. I highly recommend it! read more

G-Factor Gaming was amazing! The booking process was easy and efficient. The day before the event (my sons 12th birthday), I received a call to confirm the appointment. Vincent was at the party early to set everything up and he was very professional and friendly. The kids had a blast and he even set up the outside screens for the adults to play the wii. My son said it was the best birthday party ever! I highly recommend this company for your party needs. They are A+ read more

My son had a great 5th birthday. Jake was so great with the kids and helped all of them with the games for the entire length of the party. Will be booking him again for my other son's 7th birthday. read more

Best birthday for my 11 year old and his friends. Jake was great, helped the younger kids learn how to play, and was professional in every way. He was even thoughtful enough to ask which games we did and didn't want the kids playing. Would highly recommend this professional service. read more

All of the children had a wonderful time and there were games for all children to play. Very, very professional and showed up on time. Simply perfect. From start to finish...flawless. I booked online and then received a follow up phone call to see if I had any questions. I was sent an email confirmation for my booking and then another email and phone call to confirm my booking the day prior to the event. Jake was our game coach. He was on time, cordial, and accommodated the 20+ kids at my son's 9th birthday party. The truck itself was spotless on both the outside and inside. There were not only 16 spots to play inside the truck; there were an additional 8 spots to play outside the truck on two large flat screens (which displayed what was going on inside the truck when games weren't played on it). All of the kids, ages 4 to 10, had the time of their lives. Even the parents commented on how impressed they were with the whole set up of the game truck. Wrapping up couldn't have been easier. No need to worry about the payment at the end. They give you the option to have your credit card charged for any remaining balance. I gave a cash tip but you can also have them add a tip to your balance and charge it to your card. No need to write a check or have cash on hand. I plan to use them again! read more
