G-Factor was a hit at my son's 8th Bday! The kids had a Fun & Entertaining 2 hours! The game coach was a natural at organizing and picking out games for the 16 hyper kids; he was super nice and really liked his job. Reserving was easy via company website with busy and free times showing what's available. The cost was high but well worth it or else the young mob would have trashed my house. I'd recommend G-Factor for Bdays ages 7+. The only improvement: I only wished that they are able to link up to X-Box Live and PS4 Network; this allows for internet based games so that all 16 players would play together in one massive game environment. read more

Nothing but positive comments for G-Factor! For my son's birthday, we had a little over 15 kids. Vincent was our contact person in helping to coordinate everything for his party. Vincent called when on his way...arrived and was all set up and ready to go on time! He was so helpful and patient with all the kids! They were all engaged and having the time of their life! Thank you again G-Factor for an awesome party! read more

Phil and the G-Factor arrived, the kids were super excited and the rest is history! I made the call, Phil answered all my questions, I booked right away and the whole process was flawless!! The game truck is fire!! I personally am not a gamer but with that type of set up, I can easily be convinced! Thanks Phil. The block will see you this summer for sure!! read more

Highly recommend! They were prompt with being early enough to set up before everyone arrived. Didn't expect payment right away. They didn't make that the first thing they were worried about. They let the kids have a blast and then collected the remaining payment. I will for sure use them again in the future! read more

We had a wonderful experience with G-Factor. Our twin 11 year olds had a blast with their friends and all the different games. Phil was helpful and professional. He kept me updated on his arrival and kept checking in with me when there was a traffic delay. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness. I would definitely use them again for another party and recommend them to anyone looking to host an event like this. read more

I was planning my son's video game themed Bar Mitzvah party and decided to hire a video game truck. I called G-Factor Gaming and spoke to Phil, who answered all of my questions and was genuinely interested in being able to be at his party. The hurdle was the venue (the Hyatt Regency Downtown) and where would he park? After a meeting with my contact at the Hyatt and deciding a plan on where to park, we crossed our fingers and hoped it would work out. The party day came and he was able to park in the designated area! The kids LOVED it, the adults that checked it out loved it, everyone had a fantastic time - and through it all Phil was smiling and interacting with everyone and making sure everyone was doing ok. Best idea ever! Best game truck ever! Thank you Phil for everything you did for me and my son's party. I'll recommend you to everyone who asks!! read more

This was such a cool experience for my son and his friends. Phil was right on time, extremely polite, professional, and set everything up very quickly. My fellow Harry Potter nerds will understand the reference, but it felt like walking into a wizard's camping tent . The outside "looks smaller" but once you walk in the space feels huge! Phil has it set to a very comfortable temperature, it was extremely clean, and he had every game that my 13 year old and his friends asked for. The inside was fully equipped with surround sound, special effect lights, huge tv monitors, music, and the comfortable padded benches were even set up to vibrate with gun shots, explosions, or whatever else was happening with the game. We are slightly outside the area and were more than happy to pay a small additional fee to have him come out to Vacaville. Our local gaming truck had horrible reviews so I knew G-Factor gaming was the way to go. Thank you again Phil! I highly recommend this for an extra special party experience. read more

I reached out to Magic Mobile in Vacaville and my party request was declined due to rural area and the inexperience of the driver. However luckily, I was able to reach out to G Factor Gaming out of Sacramento. Phil was awesome!!! They were able to drive in rural area with no problem. They did a site view of the area, saw that it was an easy route and very doable. 11 year old birthday party was a success thanks to them!! Would definitely recommend G Factor Gaming especially if you live in rural areas. Timely, reliable, excellent communication! read more

Excellent experience! We booked for my son's 8th birthday. Booking process was easy and company was patient and helpful with answering questions. Very communicative about the process and arrival times. Upon arrival, the guy was great with the kids. Truck itself was clean and set up perfectly. My son and his friends had a blast! read more

Great birthday party for my 11 year old. He and his friends had a blast. Highly recommend!

We got a game truck for my son's birthday and it was amazing! We opted for the extra screens outside where the kids (and big kids!) could play too. Our host was great with the kids and very professional! He came on time and was very clear with the kids on how long it would take to set up, the rules etc. They were so excited and everyone had a great time. I'm glad they got back to me about some game requests that were kind of out of date or unavailable (they had just taken out a game that my kids liked but I guess wasn't too popular) and they had plenty to choose from to keep the kids entertained. I would definitely recommend G*Factor and would use them again if we did another gaming party! read more

Also I was offered a refund verbally for the poor experience I received, and that was also not done. I will not be booking again as things are promised and followed through. read more

Awesome Birthday Party. G-Factor is first class all the way. My son's 11th birthday party was a smashing success. The Gaming Setup is awesome with the networked games, lighting effects, comfortable seating and air conditioning on those hot days. Jake, the owner, is awesome with kids and takes the time to accommodate kids of all ages. In our case we had younger kids mixed in with the older kids and they all had a blast. Jake even cares enough to set up the game guidelines prior to showing up so there is no confusion on what games were off limits. In all of the birthday parties I have never seen kids as excited as this one with G-Factor. Thumbs up all the way. read more

We first learned about G-Factor when we saw the truck on the freeway. We have 3 boys who LOVE video games, so out of curiosity I Googled & Yelped G-Factor. After sharing the website with my soon-to-be 10 year old, he was sold on having a G-Factor birthday party. G-Factor IS as good as the Yelp reviews... and then some! Extremely easy to book online. Jake responded immediately to check if I had any questions and to let me know he was shipping out 16 complimentary party invitations-- very cool postcard-style party invitations. Jake followed up 2 days prior to the party to see if I had any questions... he even called the day of the party to let me know they were on the way! The truck showed up 15 minutes early to set up & we started on time. Jake (and Jake!) we're amazing with the kids (14 of them, ages 6-13). The kids never left the truck for the entire 2 hours! All we kept hearing was "this is way cool!!" The 2 large screens outside the trailer accommodated the adults who could not stop raving about how awesome the G-Factor game truck was! They even had Ms. Pacman to accommodate some of us 80's folks! :-) they had a great library of games! Super professional, great with kids, on time, extremely clean (inside & out) and convenient -- they come to you! It can't get any better than that! We're definitely booking another G-Factor party soon--- If not us, definitely our neighbors (who walked away with business cards to plan their next party!) :-) read more

Every kid said how much they loved it and many said it was the best party they have ever been to!! Jake's communication was awesome! He called the night before to go over the details. He called on his way to the party to update me of his arrival time. Jake had a huge selection of games for the kids, and great music playing the whole time too! I'm sure we'll be using G-Factor Gaming again in the future, maybe even just for the adults! read more

We decided to go with G Factor for our daughters 18th bday party! We had about 16 kids and it was the perfect way to end the night. We went with the 9:30-11:30 time slot (we were pleasantly surprised they had time that late), the older kids loved being in there by themselves and with the game coach. They had a HUGE game selection for all the systems. We greatly appreciated the follow up prior to our reservation day. All of our questions were answered and it was nice for the kids to have somewhere to be for two hours, supervised and not in the house! Thank you G Factor for making our daughters party that much more awesome!!! Oh we most definitely passed along your info to family and friends! I have no doubts we will be in touch very soon for our sons birthday. read more

If you're looking to rent a game truck, this is definitely the place to book!! Unfortunately I was unable to book them last year since I waited too long, so book ASAP!! :) Phil was my person of contact and he was very kind and patient with me, considering I had several questions. The booking process was easy. Phil called the night before the party to confirm with me. Day of party he arrived early (out of town location) for set up and started promptly. I had 17 kids ages 6-13. They all had such a great time. Thank you so much Phil!! :) read more

great truck my son and family and friends enjoyed there selves would definitely recommend. great gaming coach.

G-Factor Gaming was the best decision for a birthday party we could have ever made. Not only was my son is complete awe of how amazing it was from beginning to end but all of his friends and the parents were mesmerized too. Who wouldn't be? Big screen TV's with a killer sound system, plush leather seating, laser light show going in all different directions all in the comfort of a spotlessly clean air conditioned limo truck! Made my job as the hostess such a piece of cake! The owner Jake responded right away to my inquiry and made booking a snap. I really loved the "I'm almost there" call to let the boys run outside and see him pull up. **Hands down Highly Recommended** Thanks again for making his 10th birthday wonderful!! Nichole read more

We booked G factor gaming for my son's 11th birthday party. He and 11 of his buddies had the best time and it was one of the easiest parities we have ever had! Phil was amazing to work with, very professional and attentive. The truck far exceeded our expectations with its cool lights and music. It was super clean and good quality equipment. We kept hearing all of the boys say how cool it was. It was a huge hit! Phil was there to help with whatever the boys needed which made it so easy for us parents. We recently hosted a Minecraft-themed bday party for our 9 year old daughter. Phil was the person who made the arrangements and also was assigned to handle the party. His professionalism and communication was awesome! He was able to arrange to have all 4 TVs in the trailer set up for Minecraft so that my daughter and her friends could all play at the same time (4 to a set). He even arrived a half hour early to set up. The payment and confirmation system is automated so everything is set up to run smoothly. And the kids had a blast! Highly recommend. read more

This is our second time hosting the gaming truck at our house with G-Factor. G-Factor never disappoints. We continue to get compliments on how much the kids enjoyed the party. We had a mixture of 10/11 year old boys along with 13/14 year old girls and there was enough stuff for them all to do what they wanted to do. If your looking for a company who is much higher in customer satisfaction than the rest, then G-Factor is it!! We will be booking again.. Thanks so much Jake for another successful party!! read more

There is a reason G-Factor has such high ratings on Yelp--they earn them! I had ten rambunctious 8-year old boys over for a party last weekend. They were literally climbing the walls. Then Vincent arrived, ahead of schedule, and happily welcomed them on board a few minutes early. I was impressed at how they listened to him and how patient he was with them. They had plenty of games to choose from and he made sure they all had a great time. As a bonus, I loved the monitor on the outside of the unit. It streamed a video of the activity inside so I didn't have to keep going inside to check on things, I could just check the monitor. The kids loved the party and I suspect many parents will be calling to book the truck for their own parties. I HIGHLY recommend G-Factor. It was a great, professional experience. read more

Amazing Customer Service. From the first time I called them to get information to when they came and the party was over, THE best customer service. My son had the greatest 13th birthday party.
