Fast and easy booking. Arrived early prior to set time for the show. We had a nice, cool and shaded spring weather which made the show much better. We had almost 30kids for my son's 7th birthday and everybody was entertained including the adults. We love that he calls guests names and volunteers to help with the show. I believe they are based on sacramento and traveled all the way to vacaville without any extra charge. We did ended up giving an extra tip for that and for a great 50mjn show. Bill is very kind and such a professional! He arrived early and set up smoothly with his portable audio system, supplies, and doves. There were 30 children and maybe 30 or so adults. All were all entertained, and the birthday girl and other participants really enjoyed their time with Bill with many parents expressing their appreciation for the fun show and commenting that they enjoyed it just as much as their kids. He incorporates a good amount of comedy into his show which is also really fun. He provided a magician certificate to the birthday girl as a fun keepsake and also allowed the kids to line up at the end and take a photo with him holding a wand and one of his doves. While debriefing the day, my daughter told us "the magician was the best part of my birthday" which is REALLY saying something because she played for hours in the giant play house and slide with her friends and she received a lot of presents!! I am glad that I found Bill online and that he was available on my daughter's 1st bday! He was amazing. There are many good things i can say about his services; his punctuality, professionalism, quality of entertainment and affordability are top things I can say are his strengths. Punctuality - Bill arrived at the venue about an hour before his show. He was even earlier than most of our guests. He said he needed the time to prepare his stuff and even with that he gave me the signal that he was ready to start half an hour before our set time. I believe he is from Sacramento and the birthday was held in Vallejo. So that alone speaks for what kind of entertainer he is. Professionalism - He was very courteous and understanding. He checked with me if i wanted him to start at our agreed time or delay for a bit to accomodate late guests.
