Loni is a true professional, she recommended the best Singing Elsa even though she could have saved the job for herself. Queen Elsa's zoom was jaw dropping!!! Jen was amazing to work with from start to finish--great communication, clear timing, and super organized. She arrived with plenty of time to get everything set up so we were ready to go right at our start time, which made the day completely stress-free. The gaming truck was spotless and well-organized, and Jen did a fantastic job as the game monitor, keeping the kids engaged and making sure everyone had a turn (ages 5-8). We were initially thinking of a different vendor that didn't work out and we ended up reaching out to many others in the Bay Area. Kiddie party rentals were gracious to accommodate our event on a short notice and were able to work with our venue's schedule for setup and teardown. The soft play setup was the highlight of our event and all the kids enjoyed playing in it and allowed their parents to spend time enjoying the party. Working with Kiddie party rentals was a breeze, they were super responsive, professional and punctual and took a lot of burden off of us since we were coordinating the whole event by ourselves.

Donna has always been our events manager and whenever I call to inform Donna that I am ready to plan my next event and I share my theme (we always have a theme party), she or Darryl respond immediately with lots of other great suggestions as well. I only rent their casino tables from them, however, this year we did a photo booth and I'll always rent it from them going forward. We had lots of great props based on our theme and it was so much fun! The best pictures to share on Monday at the office! We always have casino at our events. The dealers are fun and professional. They interact with our guest, they are relaxed and having fun as well. We have so many different tables to choose from such as Black Jack, Roulette, Craps, Poker, and a Giant Money Wheel! We have over 70 playing spots. It makes for a fun evening. I always have the Casino set up hours before my event and even though they don't need as much time to set-up, it makes me feel good that it is done and I can check it off my list. DSE never complains of my schedule. They just make it happen! Since I have found DSE, I've never look for another Casino company.
