Their choices are beautiful. Susan, our saleswoman was great to work with. We had some minor changes prior to install and she worked with us. The tool they use to measure everything is incredible. Installation was top flawless, installers were both friendly and professional. I hope I never need counters again but if I do we will be back.

She mentions that the receptionist was talked down to and disrespected by the other ladies in the office. I'm sure I know exactly the ones she is referring to. Their names are Connie and Lisa, with Lisa being the worst one to do such as that on a regular basis. Also, these two had very poor customer service skills because they didn't ever want to come out of their offices to help anyone. I am assuming this lady never spoke with Harry Carpenter either. He would help the customers while making me look like a complete, unknowledgeable and incapable idiot at the same time. I know this was the worst experience I have ever had as an employee. I have worked since I was 18 years old in the late 70s and have never been treated like this.
