I was quoted a 3-5K replacement from another business , I was convinced that it was the trans for I kept getting this knock and sluggishness when acceralating; come Monday morning bring it to Amber and SURPRISE;SURPRISE;SURPRISE Gary calls me, tells me that nothing wrong with Tranmission but have a broken top motor mount $180 fix. They even helped me remove something that was stuck to my other tire for nothing at all. They were just being nice about it all. Tipped the guy for his services, quite generously too. 5 minutes out of the shop and I remembered that I had these loose undercarriage guards that were hitting the ground every second on the highway and went back to the shop and he fixed it up for me, no questions asked, no fee at all. I have been bringing my family vehicles here for over ten years. From two trucks an s u v and a…read moresports car, and every time there is anything minor or major they let me know exactly what they're doing before they even start and they explain the best options to save money. The best part is the explanation, im not a car guy at all and I never feel taken advantage of or shorted. I would highly suggest getting work there or if you are handy they also have the parts department for the option to do it yourself. Even my oil changes are done there regularly.

He also explains every charge to you and makes it a point not to charge customers blindly for things. They did an oil change on my friend's car in about 10 minutes flat on a walk-in. They also offered to fix my car which had the bumper fall off earlier that day, but I simply did not have the time for them to do so. Thanks so much for being great, guys!
