This repair facility has been around 30 years, and there main focus is transmission repair. They have the computers to program newer cars, and service all makes, and models. Our car was drivable, but he advised me not to drive the car from Hackensack Ford Dealer to Roselle, he would tow the car at no charge. Had AAA tow the car, Matthew's team got to working on the car right away. Every step of the way, Matthew checked in with me daily, very honest. He told me the fees as he progressed, always keeping me in the loop. *Matthew followed up with me daily, they had our car ready on the day, he said it would be ready. *Very happy with the price, no junk yard parts, all new parts with a warranty at a fraction of the price Ford charges. I have been bringing my family vehicles here for over ten years. From two trucks an s u v and a…read moresports car, and every time there is anything minor or major they let me know exactly what they're doing before they even start and they explain the best options to save money. The best part is the explanation, im not a car guy at all and I never feel taken advantage of or shorted. I would highly suggest getting work there or if you are handy they also have the parts department for the option to do it yourself. Even my oil changes are done there regularly.
