I did what we all do and hopped online to find the quickest fix possible. I stumbled upon Justin's yelp page and saw the rave reviews. I called him without hesitation. To my surprise he was able to come the next morning! I was filled with relief knowing I only had to make it one night through the unbearable heat. Later that night, however, the air seemed to be working again! Huzzah! I texted Justin that I no longer needed him. Upon waking at 5am, however, I realized the A/C had given me false hope and was broken once again. Later that morning I called Justin hoping he'd still be free. Not only was he free, but he was at my house within hours. Within 30 seconds of arriving Justin knew exactly what the issue was. He walked me through the steps I could take to prevent it from happening again and gave me tips on how to not get scammed by other contractors. I had also been having issues with my dishwasher which he kindly took a look at. A true jack of all trades! There was a lot of accumulated dust and dust bunnies, so while he did the repair I got to clean out lots of those. He got here a little early and took about an hour from start to finish. He was very pleasant and my dog and new puppy loved him. My dryer now works perfectly again and a ton of dust got removed from inside and behind the dryer. A win-win! I end up buying a new dryer and having it delivered. Now, I just need someone to disassemble the gas lines on the old dryer so that it can be hauled away. He gave me a price for the job, which was reasonable based upon my benchmarking, but I wanted him to bill me separately for any materials since the price would only be known once purchases are made. He declined the job, which every contractor has the right to but somethings weird here. I just paid him for a job, which he completed and offered him simpler job that one does not need to be a licensed plumber in order to accomplish. This guy has issues. There was no hiccups on the previous job or anything unreasonable that was requested for the new job that would lead one down the path not to accept this job. Bottom line is, these other one star reviews are believable based upon what I've seen and those great reviews that you see on Google or elsewhere are fake or just instances where whatever issues that exist with this guy did not surface. Look elsewhere for professional for no one has time to play the lottery to see who shows up today.
