We called Redds and he gave us an estimate over the phone based on pictures we send him on our hauling needs. He agreed to come out that SAME DAY!! When George arrived he stuck to the quote and did an incredible job of organizing all the items so that they would fit and be done in one haul. They were courteous professional and considerate to call us and let us know they were running behind as a result of traffic. Would totally recommend this company and will definitely use again. You will not be disappointed.

George responded quickly to my requests for an estimate, and he was willing to come out to our site, pick up all the refuse himself, and he even let me leave him a check since I couldn't meet him at the house. I've been busy at my work lately, and having George work independently on this project was great. George did a great job, even sent me some pics showing that he had completed the work. I would recommend him to anyone who needs hauling, and also anyone that needs their car moved - this is really his passion, he wants to get more into the auto transport business. A small note about cost - the service did cost more than I anticipated, but for me as a homeowner, George's service was a luxury and I paid for the convenience. Yes, I could have rented my own truck, got dirty and taken everything to the local transfer station, but really this was a great service for someone who is busy and maybe has more money than time. I'm giving George 5 stars, because he gave me an estimate and stood by it, and got the job done when I needed him to.

My biggest questions were: Does this person know how to load and unload a low car without damaging it? Are they going to treat it carefully? And am I actually talking to the person transporting my car? Frank completely put those concerns to rest. If you scroll through his Instagram, you'll see how many high-end and sports cars he's transported. And if that still doesn't convince you, ask him to send you a picture of his own ride -- he's a car guy himself and clearly understands how much these cars mean to their owners. I reached out to probably seven different transporters, and Frank was the first one to respond with a legitimate, straightforward quote. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. He checked in with me leading up to pickup, kept me updated, and sent photos and videos on transport day. Loading and unloading were quick, careful, and professional. He got my car from Los Angeles to Salt Lake City in one day, and it arrived clean and completely untouched. One of the biggest reasons I would use Frank again is that he does the work himself. You're not messaging some broker or random company that takes your order and then assigns your car to whoever happens to be available. You're talking directly to the person who is going to show up, load your car, transport it, and hand you the keys at the other end. If you're nervous about trusting someone with your car, I completely understand it. I was too. After this experience, I'd trust Frank to transport mine again anytime. Thanks again, Frank. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
