Mr. Kittrell was very quick on getting the work done. He went through the whole treatment plant at our house and fixed everything that it needed to make it good for several years. I will definitely be calling him again if I ever have issues again. read more

Super service. Mr. Kitrell came by my house and checked out the situation the day after I called him for help. He left his card at my door, and I called him back to ask what needed to be done. He came back the next day and took care of pumping out my wastewater treatment tank without any damage to my yard. Excellent service. read more

Paid them over $3,000 to diagnose and repaid my septic tank in June. It's been nothing but issues with it ever since they first touched For 4 months now, I have not had a functioning septic tank. I've had to call them back 5 different times, and every time, they claim it's finally fixed. It isn't. Now, they are tired of trying to actually resolve my issue, so they are claiming it's a new issue they've never reported. Customer service is terrible. You have to repeatedly call them to see what's going on rather than them communicating. Overall, terrible experience and they never resolved my issue.

First, they charge a service charge for each appliance they work on when coming to your location. They said they spent over an hour trying to determine the problem with it, but could find nothing wrong - $80 charge for apparently doing nothing. The appliance still does not work.
