This was due to a pump failure and they even tried to get a new pump at a discount sadly it did not have a plug. While the staff were on site they gave me some free recommendations on what my next step should be and I idea of the cost of a new system if I go that way. The cost of the service is on par with some other local companies and better that some but the staff are a step above.
