Handed the employee my card. She SWIPED my card, she put my product in the bag, I signed and then I LEFT. Next time I came in, they said I made the error!! I did not make an error. Whatever the error was, it was their fault and the employees fault! Not the paying freakin customer. In the end, it's all their loss and certainly not mine! Well, I'm guessing about a year ago I ran across this little shop and was surprised to see such a nice Cigar shop in Sherman, although nothing against the Sherman Area. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when after a few months away from the Sherman Area and this shop I returned and thought I would swing by for a smoke. Boy oh boy was I surprised to what I found. Seemed like a different shop, maybe even a different owner not sure. The guy working wasn't the same guy and I didn't really care for him much either. After selecting my cigar of choice I thought I'd enjoy a smoke only to find out that would have to be done outside. Well, let me be frank on something, I smoke cigars, I enjoy cigars but if I'm going to be expected to smoke them OUTSIDE at a Cigar Shop then I'm guess that's not a Cigar Shop for me. No clue who's decision this is but I can't imagine they know anything about Cigars or a Cigar shop. Texomaland's premier and largest supplier of firearms, ammo, accessories, knives, apparel and some miscellaneous food items. Extremely cool T-Shirts, and caps. They have a gun range on site. Now I own several aks and they are super simple to break down and clean, so before purchasing I asked if it would be okay if I broke it down to check the trunnion for any damage. After getting the go ahead and popping off the dust cover, the owner came over and started berating me for breaking the rifle. I put everything back together assuring her that everything is in order and I got the okay from her employee before I checked the rifle. She continued to berate me and nearly kicked me out of the shop which was crazy because I was nothing but nice and apologetic. The employee said nothing, just stood in silence. I purchased the gun because it was in fine condition and I wanted it, but I'll never be back. I'm giving back one star because the employees are nice, but this could have been handled much better.
