And they're using every inch of space they have on new books, used books, and cute and fun merch. So it likely to have every book you're looking for? Definitely not. Even though the shop is small, they have an excellent selection of books, as well as some gift items. They also have a very tiny used book section. Even though it's barely as big as a closet, it has an incredibly well-curated selection of reasonably priced used books in great condition. I was excited to discover a book on the shelves that I'd been unable to find in other used bookstores. This location is a great addition to downtown - definitely stop in when you're in the neighborhood!

This time I was looking for cod fish and lemon flavored gelatin. Nope! Had to walk out again. The time before this I needed kefir and they had none. Time before that I was going to buy fresh produce but it didn't look too fresh and the prices were too high for the quality. I didn't check this trip if they had Meyer's 40 calorie bread but I'm sure they didn't. It's just not worth the time or money to shop here when you can go elsewhere and find availability of many options and lower prices, even if it's a bit further.

Personally, I don't mind the neighborhood and have never had any issues here. I have always felt safe and secure. The store itself is fairly small but pretty clean. They tend to get some interesting buys in there at some insanely good prices. The quantities can be limited but if you get their special buys, you can save a ton of money off of regular grocery store or even Sam's Club prices. I find that their perishables are of decent quality, especially the produce. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful in finding stuff as well. One big caveat, bring your own grocery bags or be prepared to buy theirs.

It's a deceptively large…read moreindependent bookstore - you have to walk through the children's rooms to get to the largest room with adult books (and their bathroom). Despite being a larger bookstore, I wouldn't say it's the best stocked. There is definitely room for more shelves and more books, but as they have laid it out, it's a very spacious shop with plenty of seating. You can sit at a table and chairs or an armchair in the back room upstairs, and there's cute seating for kids or families in the children's book rooms. But not having as much shelving does mean that they didn't have several books and authors I was looking for. If I lived locally, I'm sure they order books that they don't have in stock! Overall, a cute if not very well-stocked independent bookstore with friendly customer service.

Family Dollar is the worse company I ever had to work for and I haven't worked many places. They…read moreover work you and under pay you. I was a part-time assistant manager. I work full time hours or more. The store was always understaffed. No one wanted to stay. You have lots of people that get hired and do no call no shows. I never did that. I was always early. I worked earlier then I had to and longer then I had to all this company cares about is the bottom line. What can I do for them. I come in on my days off and it never mattered it never was enough. I admit I never got everything done I was told too. When you are on register and told to do other stuff it impossible to do. This company needs to learn that not all it stores run the same. Little stores can get stuff done but this is a bigger store and needs more people that it has and better pay. Lastly the one person that is to blame is Staurt Sivak. He is the worse District Manager I ever known. All he does is complain and complain. I can't count how many times this store been #1 in the district and not one word. He treats this district like it the army. It the chain of command. If he had a problem he reports it to the manager and then the manager tells you. They tried to fire me months ago because of low transaction. You can't force people to buy a certain amount if things to satisfy there bottom line. He a bully and a jerk. That store since I started there in December 22, 2016 has been through 3 managers. He was never satisfied with the first two I worked for and the new manager unless things change will not do any better. So all I have to say is I glad I don't work for this company anymore and I suggest you don't work for them either. It too much of a headache and you will lose your mind for low pay. I know I could get I trouble for airing company problems on the internet and I don't care. What they going to do fire me. I am gone. So thanks for reading my rant and I'm on to bigger and brighter things and more pay at Dollar General their competition.

I have never seen so much decor that I personally would put in my place. The prices aren't bad, could be better but they don't tax a lot. I have had a good experience in terms of service and staff every time I've gone. My only gripes are with the website and the exterior. The website can be very buggy at times, with it sometimes crashing and not properly filtering/sorting the way you want. The exterior layout of the parking lot isn't terrible, but the location can be insanity with traffic depending on what time you go. If you don't mind being in possibly some of the worst traffic in York county, it's worth it. Highly recommend their new Hyphen pod device, as someone who goes through 1g carts within a day and a half, their 3g pod has lasted me almost 2 weeks, with it still not running out yet!

My husband arrived and found the store to be closed, despite the fact that the sign indicated it was open. They apparently didn't open until 10:00. My husband was at the door at 9:53 and the employee stood there staring at him through the window. My husband was not feeling well so he left. He returned later, and was told he was not an authorized user on the account. Okay understandable. So he left again and I later added him as an authorized user. He goes back and they verify the info. They start working on his phone and they send him on his way. My husband gets home and tries to use the phone. He can't figure out why he is trying to text me and the messages keep showing up on his phone. Apparently, the geniuses at this store put MY number on HIS phone. Not only that but MY service on MY phone was cut off as a result. So he returns to the store YET again to have them fix it. I call from another phone while my husband is there and ask what is going on. The guy said it was an "honest mistake". I asked how my phone was supposed to work. He's says he's sending a SIM card home with my husband. We dealt with the sim car issue the previous night on the phone. There was nothing wrong with the SIM card in my phone yet mine needed to be replaced. As my husband told them when he was there "this is supposed to be easy!" I have never had more problems or experienced more incompetency as I did from AT&T and this store as I did in the last few days.
