I have been going there for all my alterations but recently they made my pants too short than what was told to them. When I went back in for reiteration they again charged me full amount and when it's not my fault. The guy shouted at me in anger and said I have to claim back the amount for the second alteration from their tailors who has done the job but then that tailor is not hired by me !! I'm the customer. When the owner guy shouted at me for asking him to keep less I was forced to pay the full amount as he would not agree to keep any lesser even though it was not my fault at all and it was his fault to have his guy not followed instructions. HORRIBLE!! I had a dress hemmed here and they cut it too short. I only needed an inch cut off the bottom and they charged me $80. That's more then what the dress was worth. And when I went to pick it up they couldn't find it for about 10 minutes. If I wasn't strapped for time I would have taken the dress elsewhere. read more

He refused to take my cash payment or my credit card payment and told me to come back later in a rude tone, then he put his hand over his mouth and shushed me like I'm a little child. Been going to them for a couple of years but I think I've finally had it. Without fail every time I bring shirts to get laundered they come back with some issue. Usually stains are no cleaned or buttons are broken. However, this last time I go to pickup shirts and 3 out of 7 shirts had issues. One had someones hair in the front pocket (not mine) - Disgusting ! I'm wondering if they even bother to wash them or just put on a press and hangars. When I ask about any problems the owners get combative and start yelling at me that they can't be responsible when they only charge $1.35 per shirt. So I asked how much do I have to pay to actually get a shirt cleaned? Stay away unless you would like to get clothes back dirty or damaged. There are many other cleaners that treat customers with respect and actually clean the clothes. read more

This is the most rude store I have been top in my life. I had a stain on my shirt that I laundered and was told it needed to be dry cleaned so I said no problem. Well, when I picked it up the wife was there not knowing the situation she just said they couldn't get it out. I nicely asked if they could try it again or spot clean it. She reluctantly took my shirt back with a MAJOR attitude and amazing, it came back clean. When I picked the shirt up the husband would not listen to me and yelled at me. These people are evil nasty people. I have lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years and have never been treated as bad as this couple treated me. FV CLEANERS is NOT a place where ANYONE should use if you have any issues. There are a lot of choices in the area so AVOID this place at all costs. read more

I was in town for a wedding, and found this company through google reviews. I brought my dress to them the day of the wedding since it got wrinkled during our flight in the night before the wedding I walked in to the store and there was a woman eating corn on the cob with her bare hands at the front counter. After putting her corn back on the plate, she wiped her hands on her pants, the proceeded to take my dress out of the garment bag and handle it with her dirty hands. I never did have my dress steamed since she insisted I needed it pleat-pressed which would take all day. The wedding was at 6:30pm that night. I couldn't believe she thought I would still use their services after she didn't think to wash her hands after eating food and handling my dress. I definitely would not recommend this store to anyone. read more

Recommended? Yes! I asked the owner what the name FV stood for, and he said Family Values. I'm not exactly sure if that translates into quality dry cleaning but I have to say that I am more than satisfied. It is hard to find a dry cleaners that you can trust. Mr. Lee and his wife are both very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. All my dry cleaning comes out immaculate. Their tailor is not always there but both Mr. or Mrs. Lee are very capable with tailoring. The tailoring is of high quality. There are always fine dresses hanging and many wedding dresses. If you go on Wednesdays or Saturdays you can get 20percent off on your dry cleaning as well which is very convenient! Overall the establishment is clean, friendly, trustworthy! read more

I'm very disappointed in this cleaners. I was expecting great service, but unfortunately I did. It receive that. We picked up our dry cleaning a little while ago. When we got home we realized that 2 items were missing. This is very frustrating. It happens to have snowed and the roads aren't the best plus the amount of slush we had to step in to get into the store is a lot and now I have to go back and do this again. My feet are soaked from the first trip. When I called to let them know that 2 items were missing from our order I couldn't hear because it was so loud and couldn't hear the woman. Then when I could hear her she said "we forgot to take the 2 pieces" This is absolutely absurd. They for got to give them to us. So not only did you mess up, they blamed US for their mistake. Horrible customer service ever. We paid cash for the bill and gave them $132, they kept the coin change that belonged, granted it was only $0.34, that's poor service and theft. They can keep our $0.34 and our promise to never ever bring our dry cleaning to them again. I will never use them and make sure no one I know uses them either. read more

I have been patronizing this cleaner for several years. I dropped off 2 pairs of pants for cleaning. When I picked up the order, I received someone else's 2 pairs of pants. Wrong pants, wrong size. I gave the ownership a month to straighten this out. They could not find my pants. Basically taking no responsibility for the mistake and offered no reasonable solution. I told them to remedy this situation and they ignored my request. As a result, I filed a complaint with the small claims court and won. Really poor business practice. Someone else is missing pants, use this to support your case. read more

Have been going there for years! Brought 2 pairs of suit pants in a few weeks ago. When I picked them up, one was not cleaned. There was a huge rip down the side of the pants! They claimed I dropped them off with the rip in them. They refused to fix the pants and screamed at me to leave their store and never come back! Their wish will come true! What a nasty family! I had several items Dry Cleaned and Laundered at FV. Upon returning home and later examination of 2 of my white shirts there appeared to be burn marks on them. I returned to the cleaner with the shirts and said that the shirts appeared to be burned. I was immediately yelled at that they were not burns but stains. I said fine if they are stains and you were paid to clean the shirts take them back and clean them. I was again yelled at and told that they can't remove the stains and that if I wanted them to try I would have to pay to clean them again. The entire time I was being yelled at the man in the store had a mouth full of food and was spitting all over me and my shirts. The sad part is all they had to do was apologize right away and try to clean the shirts a second time and they would have had a loyal customer. Now I will be sure to tell everyone about my bad experience at this establishment. read more
