I ordered the grilled fish tacos - it's 11:00 on a Sunday. No flavor, very greasy and there's more of the shredded cabbage than anything. The girl this morning really didn't want to be at work I guess, there were 4 of us standing there to order and after one person ordered one thing she asked if that was it (parents and children, I'd get it if we were all adults) and asked if that was it after each person ordered. Just felt very rushed. The chips and queso were gross lol the queso wasn't even warm, it tasted like they opened a jar of queso from the store and dumped it in a paper cup. The "pico" on top was hardly that. My daughter's chips for her nachos were stale also. My chair was dirty with something splattered before I sat, the table had a film... I'm not impressed. I'm a Fuzzy's fan and the food was good but I've stopped here twice in as many weeks and sadly had a disappointing experience both times. Tonight, my to-go order was wrong... Bacon, Potatoes and Egg tacos... but got tacos with no eggs and added cheese??? If the mistake had been discovered in the restaurant, I'm sure they would've corrected it and made it right. The food is usually decent but the service is awful. We decided we won't be back to Willow Park. We'll drive a little further to go to Weatherford. The last time we were there I ordered the brisket tacos. When they came I literally laughed. One of them was decent, the other had about a teaspoon of meat in it. Seriously? My husband asked the manager woman if they could spill a little meat in it, considering... She looked at the amount of meat and said no. That's how much is supposed to be in there. When he showed her how much more was in the other one she literally said he could pay for another taco and they'd make another one just like it or put some of the meat from the decent one into the one with the teaspoon worth! First visit to any of the numerous Fuzzy's around DFW. Nice interior. Ordered some beef and chicken soft tacos and beers. Service was friendly enough. Chips and hot sauce pretty good. Food was served hot. Looked appetizing. Beef was good. Nothing special. Chicken was not bad but certainly not good. Tasted like cook had opened can of Costco or Walmart chicken and just served it. Where do I begin..... well we placed an order thru door dash and as soon as we placed it we called the store and asked for them to please ensure that they added a side of feta and garlic sauce, they said they would. Fast forward a few minutes and our food arrives at my house and we realize they forgot our two drinks. So we tell the door dash lady and she very nicely agrees to go back and get the drinks for us. At this point we realize they have also forgotten two tacos and the sides of feta and garlic sauce we asked them to make sure to include. So we call the store and ask to speak to the manager (Brooke) and she tells us they will have it ready for the door dash lady to pick up. A few minutes later our door dash lady is back but she arrived with only the drinks and not the food Brooke ensured us would be sent. So we call the manager back and tell her what has happened, she says, "you mean they didn't give you the bag of food? Oh nope... here it is." And then goes on to tell me that her job is not to sit around and babysit the door dash people. I told her this was not her error and that the reason we called and spoke to her about the missing food was because we had no way to reach the DoorDasher to let her know we realized we were missing food as well. I told her this was her job as the manager to handle her customers and to deal with issues like this. She told me "the store is closing in an hour and a half and she has restaurants walkthrus and all kinds of other stuff to worry about" (whatever that means). Then she told me didn't want to talk to me and I could call corporate if I had an issue. I tried to call back to ask if we could come pick it up ourself and she refused to talk to us and the poor employee was stuck trying to make excuses for her and apologizing for her attitude. I have never had this kind of treatment by anyone in a management position. Steer clear of this place.... Check out the other reviews.... They don't lie. Literally nothing but 1 star reviews. They offered that they could either make the nachos and I could come and back and get them, or refund my $. I mean..duh! I paid for them..that is basic. No apology. Awful experience here last night. I've been to a Fuzzy's elsewhere before, but I'm certainly not what you would call a regular. That said, I have eaten before as a customer in other restaurants... I ordered our food and a margarita for my wife. She said the margarita was terrible and didn't seem to have any tequila. When we were alerted that our food was ready, I eventually found my way to the spot to pick it up. I asked the cook behind the counter for hot sauce and he told me I needed to go pay for it. I saw some hot sauce in a traditional condiment bottle a couple of feet from us and asked if he would add some to the top of my food. He said I needed to go pay first. Didn't I already pay for my food? I went to go find a fork for my burrito bowl and what did I find, free packets of hot sauce! I passed back by the cook and showed him my handful of hot sauce and he just shook his head with a wry smile. Did I miss the joke here? Is hot sauce really free and he wanted me to go pay for it? I have never been to a taco place that I had to pay for hot sauce so that bout of customer service was really disheartening. The burrito bowl was incredibly bland and unfulfilling. If you are hungry or enjoy food, I would not recommend eating this. My wife said her beef fajita taco was good, but that her chicken taco was not. In all, this was a terrible experience and I wouldn't return. I suggest you look elsewhere for your tacos/Tex-mex. read more

Having eaten many meals at various Fuzzy's locations, I thought I knew what to expect at the Willow Park restaurant. I was completely wrong. The only nice thing I can say about them is that the staff is very friendly. The food, however...ugh. At best, they are inconsistent. At best. My most recent trip there today, 9/25, entailed a 40+ minute wait for mistakes in the order, very undercooked rice, a nearly empty burrito bowl, no beans in anything that was supposed to have them, cold & dry fajita chicken, and sopapilla bites fried to the approximate consistency of shoe leather. It was awful. Sadly, while this was my worst visit to this location, it's not the only bad one. Time to write off this place and find somewhere else to get my occasional taco fix. read more

Ordered Fajita Chicken Nachos and chips with cheese dip. Drive 15 minutes each way to get home and the nachos have no cheese sauce on them. Irritated I call to tell them and the young lady who answered said let me tell my manager Erin, she comes back and says the manger said I could drive back to pick up a cup of cheese. So nachos stone cold and I get to drive back for the cheese they forgot? What a terrible customer service experience. Erin you have failed as a manager, master of fact the Fuzzy's that got closed by the health department in Granbury for being nasty was better than the Willow Park store. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I ordered my food at 6:15 pm on the app. The app said it would be ready at 6:30 pm. I got there at 6:30 pm and the app said completed. I walked to the front and they said my food wasn't ready but to take a seat and will bring my food to me. I waited until 7:15 pm and walked up and asked where my food was. She got the lady in charge and she took my name and tried blaming me about time but I showed her my app. She walked to the back and was back there for 15 minutes.
