Fuzzy's sounds like a moldy taco shop from the name. I am pleased to say we had a great time here, and the tacos were not moldy. The space is very large inside, and the prices are reasonable. The music was playing so loudly to where it was hard to hear my friend across from me, and it was also very bright. I got a breakfast taco with chorizo, potatoes, egg, and cheese. This taco was fantastic. I also got a shredded chicken burrito. It was good and reminded me of Cabo Bob's burritos. I had about 1/3 of my burrito left to take home. My friend got a steak bowl, which was filling even though it looked small. She really liked the steak. They have a nice drink selection with margs and some other kinds of alcohol too. read more

The service was fantastic out of the gate! We were greeted by multiple employees when we walked in. The food was delicious, we ordered queso and chips with our meal and they went above and beyond to make sure we had enough chips. Food was served quickly and the restaurant was very clean. I had high hopes for Fuzzy's because I had one in my college town that was always a fun time. I am sad to say this was absolutely terrible. I have not disliked a meal like this in my entire life. All of our food was ice cold, the shredded cheese places on top did not even melt because it was so cold. The staff seemed bothered to even take our order. The rice was undercooked and burnt. We tried to be friendly with the staff letting them know this was our first visit and that we weren't sure where to place our order, they were so snobby. Maybe put some easily visible signage for your guests so we don't interrupt your workers? We left so much food behind untouched because it was terrible. This place was worse than Taco Bell. We both got taco plates. I got one chicken and one shrimp with black beans and cilantro lime rice. Tacos: wasn't offer corn so they came flour tortillas, shredded cheddar cheese, dry chicken/ overly salty shrimp, a handful of lettuce and a tablespoon of diced tomatoes. Rice: texture and consistency of bagged microwave rice; no flavor Beans: a bowl of bean juice with under cooked beans with some sad looking diced tomatoes. No flavor. As a whole food came out cold and not good at all. $3.35 for a taco like that was so disrespectful. Not even some salsa to give it some flavor. I ordered through a food delivery app. And ordered priority so I received my food in an extremely short amount of time. However that didn't stop my whole order from being ICE COLD. It was sloppily thrown into a wet and falling apart paper container. They gave me no straws or napkins. And put 3 ice cubes in a sweet tea drink. Never go here. They got my entire order wrong. The shredded brisket tacos topped with their butt burnin' sauce are incredible! So yummy, fresh and savory. I eat here every Tuesday (when tacos are on sale). Brisket nachos are my other guilty pleasure (special on Fridays). The taste of the brisket, garlic butter sauce, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro and sprinkled feta cheese on top... it just melds so well. Not a fan....don't ask...lol! Okay this place I just can't get jiggly with at all. I don't like their food. Their atmosphere is nice. They have people come and sing. People seem to love happy hour (I don't drink so I don't know) which might make food taste better. I've been here various times and friends have had food catered. I just don't like the food at all. To be fair, this wasn't our first choice to go eat due to reputation. Ordering did not take long but they were out of half the different meat they claimed to serve. I ended up ordering shrimp and brisket tacos on a corn tortilla. My husband ordered tempura shrimp tacos. 1) Our order was made after the people who ordered after ours. Sometimes this happens depending on the order but this on top of the other issues made it note worthy. 2) my husbands meat ended up being DEEP FRIED CHICKEN. The batter was overly thick like it came from a fast food deep fried chicken chain restaurant! 3) they gave me 3 shrimp tacos. I went up to the kitchen to let them know they had made a mistake on my order. They then told me they were out of brisket and they decided for themselves to simply make me three shrimp tacos. 4) the tortillas were SO COLD. We definitely won't be going back. I came here with some gym friends on Friday night they had live music which was wonderful. I was bummed that the fuzzy driver machine was down but I did try a jack and coke margarita. I have been to this location for takeout 5 or more times. First couple of times were decent enough, and the location was convenient. I have enjoyed this chain in other locations, so when one of my orders was seriously under cooked, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Everyone messes up sometimes. I recently decided to give this location another try, this time using the online ordering system as opposed to ordering at the counter. I ordered 4 items. Two with no changes, two with add-ons and minor changes. The only item they got correct was the item they forgot to include in the bag, and luckily I saw it was missing before driving away. Simple changes like a corn instead of flour tortilla shouldn't be that complicated. And when you order an item with no changes, it's dumbfounding to have it changed for no reason. I have a copy of the online order, so I double checked, and everything is clear as day in the descriptions. It felt like they were just trying to get rid of stuff or just did not care at all. I can't see myself going back unless I'm dragged there and would only eat in the restaurant instead of having takeout. At least then I can have them fix my order, which I shouldn't have to do in the first place. I would still eat at this chain in other locations. read more

Normally we love fuzzy's.... But the lack of customer service at this location is astonishing. The chicken on my tacos were supposed to be fajita not shredded, and it was cold on top of that. When I asked to have it corrected they told me I needed to go to the bar to have my order corrected even though it was literally paid for the way it was supposed to be. The sides on my plate were luke warm at best like they were zapped in the microwave for a few seconds. My husbands beef fajita burrito had all of maybe 4-5 pieces of meat and the rest was beans and rice and that's it. We ordered the queso with meat and it had 3 small clumps of ground beef in it that you had to dig for at the bottom of the cup. Won't be back any time soon. read more

The first time I visited this place it wasn't so bad but they had just opened in Temple and I had a quesadilla which is pretty hard to mess up. The next two times however the food was horrible. I had shredded chicken tacos and they were so dry I had to throw them away. Also the guacamole was clearly not made fresh. It tasted like the guacamole you buy in the pack (powdered form). And if it was fresh their recipe is just disgusting. The drinks are great, and so was the bartender. But I will never eat here again. Finally tried this place now that the line isn't out the door. It has good prices and options. It's like the better version of Taco Bell but not restaurant level tacos. It was pretty fast and has a fun vibe. Got a brisket taco and the chips and queso. Every thing was solid. I really loved the chips and whatever spices they sprinkled on it. Queso was ok. I've had better but it's worth to eat. Taco was good and I'll try the other meats. Overall this is a cool hangout place with soiled food. Don't expect to be blown away but it delivers.
