The biggest issue I have had with staff is once I carried a pistol (pointed downrange) from one stall to another beside it without it being in a case. Upon leaving I was informed that I committed a range violation and needed to pay a nominal fee. No biggie, the rules are the rules. Except the very next time I was in the pistol range, the same employee entered with a couple of other guys laughing it up and carrying a pistol in his hand. Seriously? The rules are the rules for everybody, right?

Yet you allow short sleeve shirts and shorts, make that make sense. My husband literally shot like 12 rounds and was so pissed we left. A fun trip to shoot on the 4th turned into a very uncomfortable situation. It made us feel like we were criminals. We will not be back. Other places appreciate their customers, less money and just as safe. By your responses to other reviews it clearly shows the customer is wrong and you are always right. Not one apology or Im sorry you felt like that. Not someplace I want to give my money to. Do better.

Asking personal questions like where do you live? Where do you work? Or even a small group standing on the middle of the sidewalk creating a chokepoint to force direct engagement. I know it takes courage and guts to approach a woman but ganging up on a woman making her feel uncomfortable is a, NO! There was a group of white males this summer (2025) peacocking in a family park with women and children, running with their shirts off. It's TX and the summers are brutally, hot but I have never seen men out there like that and approaching women inappropriately with their shirts off. That new sun will burn the skin off your back & chest without proper covering. They definitely were not US Army or military. Additionally, there is also a school aged little white boy on a scooter middle school aged out there with those men & women in the of the middle of the school day out taking photos and following. Seems like some kind of gang or scheme to monitor women & possibly harm or take advantage of women & young girls. Group of men and women posted in vehicles and in the park watching & lurking & following. They stage strategically and use the kid on the scooter as well to track & monitor. Just be careful, just got weirdo vibes out in the park over the last several months. I know the park can be a space to meet people but this gives off creep vibes and predators. I don't want to be driven off from my community park that I love, but I no longer feel safe. Find alternative locations to workout or walk your dog. BE SAFE! Get some bear or pepper spray!

Peaceful Acres is a fantastic horse rescue. The people that own it care so much for these horses…read more All of the volunteers have hearts of gold as well. The horses in their care came from some bad situations, but now are surrounded by love and friends. They work so hard to get the horses healthy and hopefully into new loving homes. It's just amazing! I had a unique experience with this group through Girl Scouts. I heard about a hands on class they offer for Scouts to come out and learn about horses in a very hands on manner. I booked my Troop of 4th graders for a 3 hour class. During the class, my girls got to meet all of the horses, learn about their backstories, learn how to take care of horses, and even learned to ride unassisted at the end. Ms. Sherry worked with me to get my Troop booked for the event. She was so helpful and easy to work with. She ran our visit too. She had these 9 year olds out there cleaning and brushing the horses, getting dirty and messy, trying new things, and making them all feel valued. Ms. Sherry is an spitfire angel! I believe they also offer affordable horse back riding lessons for all ages to help fund their rescue mission. I highly recommend checking into Peaceful Acres for education events or to volunteer. They are doing good things that make your heart feel good helping.

NextGen is amazing! Words cannot describe how awesome and entertaining it truly is! My platoon had…read morean awesome time with team building exercises and leadership training here and we had a phenomenal and Fun time here! It truly is an awesome experience! We will definitely be coming again! My platoon had executed and competed in Lasertag, Bubble soccer, dodgeball, combat archery, chilled out ate lunch (you are allowed to bring outside food except drinks. You buy drinks there which is pretty cool still). During break time my platoon occupied themselves in air hockey, basketball, and their gaming stations! It is a Fun, epic and amazing place!
