They are courteous-- when I came in I was warmly greeted and offered a beverage while I waited. Both the front desk and the therapist were equally wonderful! The therapists approach was very gentle and thorough. Post treatment I was guided through what was done how I should upkeep my skincare between procedures. I have also had a couple waxing procedures here. Unlike any other salon the esthetician used a European hard wax product which is super gentle on the skIn. Overall a highly recommended salon!

It's not exactly the most pleasant to have body hair removed so I like that they do it fast! There is a nice waiting area with magazines and delicious candy. The "Strippers" are attentive to detail and make sure you leave being as smooth as possible. Plus they have all been amazing to chat with during a sometimes no so pleasant experience. We thought it would be some hair treatments similar to a facial but for hair but it was just shampoo and conditioner. The worst part of it was that the technicians aggresively scratch your head so hard. It felt like my skin was being torn off. Quite painful ever after asking for softer force. It was not pleasant nor relaxing at all. They shampoo twice and condition once and then blow dry your hair. They ask you to sit up to do some massaging on your shoulders. Then you are asked to sit in front of a mirror where they serve you cold water and finish blow drying. Then the 'spa' treatment is done and they start to clean up the room and ask you to change.. but they're still there and the door is also wide open to the public area. The technicians were nice people but they really need to reformat their spa style. I also noticed they had extremely long nails which I assumed they also work at the nail salon. This may be the reason why their head scratching hurts a lot.
