I would assume that going into a place that specializes in waxing would take the care to make sure they fully finish the job. I went for my arms and there are 4 areas not done. There was wax residue left over on my hands and arms when I got home and pulled off my sweater. Not a great first experience with this company. Also when waxing my arms she'd pull away the stick and the trail of wax would stream across my face. I was very annoyed. Iv never had a place leave me filled with wax residue and large missed areas and on such an easy location to work on. Sorry but the tech never gave me her name or I would have listed it here. paid 70$ for a crap job. She did not have a proper work system in place And did not double check all areas before releasing me. read more

Got a Brazilian done and was nervous because I did not have a good experience during my last brazilian (from another company). But this place really exceeded my expectations. Place was clean, there were signs everywhere in the store reminding everyone to social distance, frequently wash hands, etc. All customers and employees are required to wear masks and they frequently clean surfaces after each customer. I felt really safe. The actual waxing experience was good. First she made sure the wax was at a good temperature for me - she was very thorough and even got my in-grown hairs out. It also was not as painful as my other experiences in other salons. I was happy with the results! Will definitely come back! read more

I haven't waxed in years as I only do sugaring due to awful wax experiences. I needed a last-min service done on my legs, they were able to schedule me on the next day, I went in and literally my friendly wax lady was standing there waiting for me. She took me in to a clean, clutter-free place. She did my legs in less than 15 min! She did just a great, painless job, I was just stunned the entire time. She put amazing oil on me after that made me smell great. Not to mention she also was the most hilarious girl I have met, Rosie thank you so much!! read more

I went here once and left with uncontrollable bleeding and permanent burn marks. She literally torn my skin off!! Do not use this place.
