I called Stop Alarm and I will forever reccomend them. Everyone I have worked with there has been so nice. They really make me feel like they value me. I gave them a chance because my neighbor was broken into while he was out of town and Stop Alarm came out and met with the police, changed his locks and secured his home. I was blown away with how they went above and beyond. You just don't find that anymore.

We tried over and over to negotiate with them to take off the dollar amounts for the work they didn't do. (That's all we were asking for, just to take off what they didn't install and we would be happy to pay the rest, in which we had already paid over half of the contract) They wouldn't work with us and kept playing games. We suddenly got a letter from their Laywer demanding money. They are a joke. Come to find out this is common with them and they always have a lawyer on hand because of the issues they have with their customers. Another customer that had previously used them had stated they had almost the same exact similar issues. They were harassing us sending us messages on our keypads saying we were late when we have always paid on time for our service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A JOKE, WILL DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY, NOT PROPERLY INSTALL EQUIPMENT AND WILL CHARGE YOU FOR STUFF THEY DONT END UP INSTALLING.

After 10+ years, I canceled due to repeated failures to notify me by phone when my business alarm was triggered--a service they provided reliably until a recent management/ownership change. They claimed it was "no longer possible." Yet today, while removing equipment POST-CANCELLATION, police were dispatched for an alarm--despite assurances that I had **no active service**.
