Craig spent a lot of time with us and gave us the opportunity to try out different beds. We found a bed we liked and told him that we were going to go comparison shopping before making a decision. He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. We now have our new bed and are totally thrilled with it. I highly recommend Craig as he knows his stuff and gives you the time and space to comfortably come to a decision.

But the mattress was delivered just now after we consistently asked, and my friend had to sleep on the floor for one night. The temper of the owner is really bad. Really don't suggest to buy anything here, dangerous and he care nothing but money.

August 3: receive email that lamp was shipped by FedEx. Call sales, same discussion and he confirms cancellation. He transfers me to customer service and she says she spoke to her manager. I can return my selection (the lamp) using a return FedEx lamp I'll be sent. August 6: lamp arrived, called customer service. "We don't usually provide FedEx return label but I've contacted the Direct Ship department. You should be contacted in a few days about the return." Seriously Raymour!!!! This is how you retain good paying customers in this environment? Frustrating but more disappointing.

This store is for an uninformed customer…read more Their sales model is to provide the "look" of more expensive furniture BUT at a price that is much higher than the value based on workmanship, fabric, materials etc. Uninformed customers don't know they have bought until it's delivered and doesn't hold up. Basically they sell very overpriced BigLots quality furniture. Actual sales prices are NOT marked on website or on the furniture in the showroom This lack of transparency forces shoppers to speak with sales people. During the "sale" there was a gaggle waiting to pounce on the next entering stopper. The guy who spoke to me came across to me as high or something--poor articulation and stupid irrelevant chatter.

I showed up and explained that I had slept on a mattress that I liked (with make/model info), but that the price was strangely low and I was wondering if they could direct me to the higher-end version. This request was ignored, as was my price point. I also explained that I wanted a plush mattress. The sales person proceeded to walk me around and point to all of the plush mattresses. I can read the word "plush" so if you're going to accompany me you need to offer some information or a service that I cannot figure out on my own. Once I narrowed down my choices to a "top 3" list, I began photographing the tags so that I could go home and research them. There seemed to be info missing on the tags (model #) but the salesperson said the tags had all the info, which seemed odd since several of them seemed to have the same names at different prices. I tried to get some clarification, asking "what's the difference between mattress A and mattress B?" The salesperson read the tag to me "well this one has 800 coils, and this one has 900." That is not helpful. Don't just read the tag to me, tell me why I care about 100 extra coils. I understand that they are working off of commission, but there was a clear loss of interest when I said I was going to go home and research them before I made a $1500 purchase. And thank goodness I did, because the one which the salesperson insisted "a lot of people buy this one" had terrible reviews. I don't care how many people buy it, I care how many people still like it after 6 months, 1 year, + later. If I had a good in-store experience, didn't have to do 100% of my own research when I got home, and reviews matched up, I would go back to the store to purchase and get the salesperson the commission they worked for. If all you do is walk me around like a babysitter, point to beds that say "plush," watch me lay on them, and read the tags to me, I don't care about your commission. I will order online. PS the pillows don't appear fresh.

Seat: the seat sags at the edge of both arm rests because the retractable bed does not expand out to the edges. I told Urban Natural about this and that the only solution i have found so far is to stuff a sheet into the gap where the sofa cushion is sagging as it meets the arm rest. 3. Service: fairly good response from Urban Natural but the moving team damaged two door frames when moving this sofa in and more than a month after alerting Urban Natural there is still no plan for compensation and repair.
