I made sure I cleansed my palate with ginger before I dug in. Welp. The first piece, I thought it was strange I was tasting what seemed like expired fish. The second piece, after emulsifying a few times... I spit it out. Ambience is great. The servers are really nice and check up often. The kitchen is full of exciting and fun people. There was a wide selection of pork available but I didn't bother. I expected I'd prefer the fried dumpling to the boiled one but I was wrong. The fried one was certainly vegetarian with boiled one with much more flavour. One things for certain they fill you you and you stay full for a long time.

I had passed this very new McDonalds not far from the hotel and I figured it would make a simple, familiar breakfast. The food was good. I was learning that Poland does lattes differently than what I expect. Not unusual to them, they serve warm (not hot) coffee in plastic cups with cold whipped cream, chocolate, and blueberries on top. (See photo) Very pretty while being strange to me. My stomach was still recovering from travel and in retrospect I should have chosen hot tea for that and gotten this latte at another time. The outdoor seating area is lovely. While being located on a main road, it offers some privacy. What little quirk did I love the most??? That the children's happy meals are served with hot tea! I would recommended this as a visit. While being familiar, it has some differences to appreciate. It's also very clean and modern.
