The entire process took about a month due to rainy weather. My entire yard was trashed for that month. His workers were messy and used my flower pots as a trash, my outdoor furniture wasn't moved aside for projects and was covered with dust and dirt. They left their lunch in opened trash bags for my dogs to discover. My side trees were cut down 6ft without consultation and some of the cuts were not clean, but ripped off. I was constantly picking up screws, nails, paint chips and somehow they got paint in the dogs water bowl. Sloppy work, they dripped white paint on a black rug, and got paint on my back windows. They removed a piece of outside wood exposing the attic and did not cover it up until days later, after I had to notice it and call Bob. I'm not sure if this was a new crew or what, but there was no "care" taken in their work. I constantly had to call Bob for these problems, which was pretty lame because that was why I was paying him. Overall the repairs I needed done were done but I will not use this company for future house projects.

We were generally pleased with the work done so called Billy to get an estimate for sealing all grout in our new construction home. He wrote an estimate for $711 + tax ($770). My husband and I discussed and decided we would wait on the floors and just seal the showers now. Billy then asked - "what would it take for you to get all the work done now?" I told him we would get all work done, just not right now. He then offered to discount the price $150 as a "favor" since we were return customers. My husband was upset to hear that they COULD do the work for that price but Billy had not offered that in the first place. So he challenged Billy and asked - "why didn't you give us your best price in the first place?" He did not raise his voice; he did not cuss; but he was angry with the fact that Billy could so easily discount about 25% of price and had not done that to begin with. Billy then explained that he was "just trying to help us." He held up the paper with estimate and literally told us - "I don't need this... this isn't a big deal to me... I'm trying to help YOU guys." Really? Trying to "help" a return customer who has paid good money for services by ripping them off? He then stormed out of the house saying - "guess you two need to talk." Two minutes later I went outside to find Billy and again explain our position (i.e., we had just spent tons of money on the move, new furniture, etc. and would do floors next month) but he was gone. I called his cell phone and he did not answer. I called the office and his receptionist told me that Billy was "no longer interested in doing business with us." Really? He made that decision within 5 minutes because we challenged him about pricing and he had no answer? Well lucky for us because within an hour we found another vendor who will do the ENTIRE job for $400 (48% less than Billy's initial quote) for us tomorrow. (Feel free to DM me if you want contact info for this vendor.) PAST AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! This guy acted like a sleazy used car salesman and was not professional or mature enough to handle the slightest bit of confrontation regarding his price. We recently bought a home in Dallas that had wood floor damage and needed to be refinished. I got quotes from several companies who came out and looked at the floor, but only Casey recognized what caused the problem. He recommended we get the foundation inspected and corrected before proceeding. If we'd gone ahead with refinishing the floors before the foundation work, the humidity damage likely would have reoccurred. We now have beautifully refinished white oak floors and are very happy with the work performed.
