Not worth it. Didn't even get my full hour…read more Booked a 1 hour regular massage with hot stone. Came in a later at 6:05pm on a Monday when they weren't busy. Started on me at least 5+ mins after I came as I was laying waiting in the room for a while. Afterwards, said "1 hour finished." When I checked the time it was 6:59pm. So I paid $100 for maybe 45-50 minutes depending on what time they actually started. Massage itself was okay enough. Weird part is she kept completely leaving the room and returning, so that was a ding. Besides leaving to get the hot stones I wasn't sure what the constant leaving was about. The oil they use, in combination with the room temp left me feeling very very cold whenever it was applied to my body. The hot stones felt good and was a welcome from the cold "lube-feeling" massage oil. Also, I was told feet would be included in the full body. She barely touched my feet however, especially after I was asked to turn over. I enjoyed the leg stretching part but literally, feet were not touched. They were just neglected. Another major ding for me is them asking me to pay for the service in full upfront BEFORE getting anything done. I thought that was a red flag. Why am I paying in full for services yet to be rendered. Then asking me for a tip after not even giving me my full hour and a lackluster massage. Will not be returning.

I have mixed feelings about my experience here yesterday. On one hand, the facility is beautiful,…read morevery clean, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. The massage portion of the facial was amazing and easily the highlight of the service. However, I don't feel the service was worth the price point. While the esthetician was kind and explained her steps, the actual treatment felt rushed, as if my face was just being "played with" rather than treated. Several of the masks and cleansers caused a burning sensation that wasn't addressed. Most disappointingly, I woke up today with my skin looking worse than when I went in. I also received zero aftercare instructions. I wasn't told whether to wash my face, what to expect regarding irritation, or how to maintain the results. Overall, it felt like a waste of money for a professional treatment.

I usually just prefer to get a chair massage rather than a full body one because I hold most of my tension in my shoulders and neck area. Helen did my message, and she did a good job. I had to show her where the knots where, and once I did, she worked on them. The price was $25 for $20 minutes. That seems to be the going rate at many places, and I expected it to be a few dollars less since it is in the Festival Flea Market which is supposed to have great bargains. It didn't seem like Helen spoke good English. This can be a problem, when trying to explain things. Overall, she did a nice massage though and I would come here again. It is located on the west side of the mall. When I asked for her card, she gave a card that gives you a free massage after getting 10 of them.
