She brought out a variety of different colors & lengths of both ktips and clip ins for me to try. I ultimately left with clip ins & couldn't be happier. I paid a little over $500 for a bundle of 22" clip ins + a few individual clip ins to match my hi lights so I'm definitely expecting them to last. From the start, the level of professionalism that Tallie and her staff showed really stood out. Making the appointment was easy, and when you arrive you're buzzed in, which creates a really respectful and private environment if that's something you need. The space itself is chic, clean, and welcoming, and they even offer beverages which was a nice touch. Tallie took the time to help me pick out a beautiful wig and then customized it so it truly felt like mine. I was able to get it by the next day, which was amazing, and I left feeling like a completely different person. She also provided a wig holder, travel case, and brush, which made the whole experience feel even more thoughtful and complete. Since then, I've had so many compliments, and people genuinely cannot tell that I'm wearing a wig. It has been such a blessing not to have to worry about my hair and to just have that peace of mind again. The wig is designed in a way where there's no separate wig cap, it's all built in, which makes it feel much more natural and comfortable. What I also appreciated is seeing the range of people who come here. Some were looking for a change, some for religious reasons, and others were dealing with hair loss from different causes. It was straight, no luster, and completely the wrong color. She didn't send replacement hair, and won't return money. Paid her directly, the first week of November 2020. Today is Feb 3rd, 2021. She won't take my calls or return texts. The 613 is hair I got from her in August. That is one bundle. The three dull sandy blonde bundles are supposedly Honey blonde. Those are three to one bundle. I had two more of the 613 that I hadn't used. I had to use it and it tangled the whole time. Kept it in maybe 3 weeks. Shameful.

The weave had gaps and big spaces with my braids and hair tracks were showing. I tried to remain patient and visited her 4 times giving her the opportunity to correct the poorly done weave and she just couldn't seem to improve the weave. I spent $800 on this nightmare of a weave that I had to remove because she did such a horrible job. She offered a partial refund which I never received. I do not recommend her weave services. Please don't make the same mistake! Find a true professional stylist.
