Amy tends to every detail so you are perfectly satisfied. Her wigs and toppers are of the finest real hair. They are so soft and blow in the wind so naturally. She dyed the color to match my own color and Kathleen (who works with Amy), styled it beautifully. Amy always wants you to be happy and is so understanding of your situation. read more

Amy provides the most incredible product. I've been receiving compliments since I put on my topper. The quality of the hair is outstanding and blends so well with my own. I only wish that I had ordered this a few years ago. The process was so easy and so worth the few weeks to receive the piece. I am thrilled with my new look. read more

Amy is amazing! I had been searching for a wig after I lost my hair from chemo but had no luck...the wrong color, fit, etc. I was ready to give up! I have a very petite head and all the prior wigs I had tried were overwhelming for my slender face. Amy was so supportive! She showed me so many options. I was able to find the perfect wig for me and her stylist cut it to the exact style I was looking for. Thank you Amy! read more

I can't say enough good things about Amy and her stylist and my new wig. When it arrived I loved it instantly. Amy did an amazing job matching my existing hair so it would blend in, and the wig was styled exactly how I asked for it. She measured so carefully that it fits perfectly. She also spent time making sure I knew how to put it on and wear it, and I left her salon feeling so confident in my new hair! I'm honestly sorry I put off ordering one for so long; it makes me feel great to wear it and it's exactly what I wanted and needed. Thank you Amy! read more

Amy and her team are amazing. They made my mom's experience very comfortable and gave her back the confidence she lost. At 86 years old losing your hair to chemo treatment was not some thing she expected, but ever since getting the wig and having it styled at Amy's salon, she's been so happy and upbeat. Amy was kind enough to help me find the perfect style from an old picture I sent her. Amy I appreciate you making a difference in our lives. read more

CreatedHair - Getting her beautiful wig styled. - Wigs Near Me - Beverly Hills, California

I recently was introduced to Amy Gibson with Created Hair. Of course I was a little uncomfortable for me as I am going through chemotherapy I knew I would be losing my hair. Upon first meeting she helped select a wig that looked just like my real hair color and we then went on to style it similar to how I normally wear my hair. In paying for a wig, you can order one off the Internet however, the service you get from Amy is second to none. I would have had no clue what to do with the wig once it came, no idea on how to secure, maintain, it or style it. She also has a firm understanding of the whole chemo process and what to expect when it comes to hair loss. She has been absolutely amazing through this process and very supportive. I highly recommend her to anyone that is going through this and needs to get a proper hairpiece . And more than anything, she has taken an uncomfortable situation and turned it around to be enjoyable and inspiring!!! read more

I had a very positive experience with CreatedHair by Amy Gibson. Losing my hair has been a slow process with lots of different emotional stages. It was clear from my first encounter with Amy Gibson and Kathleen Leonard that they understood the process of coming to grips with losing one's hair. They have a lot of experience and expertise. That with the quality products was worth my time, energy and money. I really, really recommend them. Beverly B., RN read more

This has been an absolutely amazing experience from my very first contact with Amy to walking out of her place with my new 'hair style'. Friends wanted to know the name of the salon I went to...they said that my hair has never looked better. And they're right! I decided to look upon my hair loss as an opportunity to have the hair I've always wanted rather than to mourn something over which I have no control. Amy and her team made that dream a reality. Thank you... read more

Hi Amy, this is Terri and I purchased the CyberHair swim wig from you about a month ago. I wanted to reach out to you to say thank you, I am over the moon happy with it. We have been at Lake Mojave on our boat for the past few days and it has worked amazingly. I feel comfortable, it stays in place, it's just simply amazing! I don't even have the words to describe how happy I am. Today my hat blew off, my hair stayed in place! Thank you so much. The situation with my hat blowing off could've been a disaster but it wasn't because of you. Thank you again. Terri C. read more

I waited very long time to write this review. I am fond of her husband, therefore was not going to write this way over due review. Without going into so many details due to so many issues, I will just say this. Again, was going to hold my review until my $6000 wig feel apart. Yes apart. I bought it maybe 16 months ago. It now looks like a dishrag. I own quite a few wigs therefore, I know how to care for them. Very very poor quality. The hair on top fell out as well as hair on the sides. I waited 6 months for this wig. The first one was not measured correctly. She pushed me into paying the entire price upfront. Lol. Oh until we had an argument she also wanted me to pay for the color and cut myself. Lol. I could also attack her character, however I will stick to business only. I encourage you to all go to Milano hair on LA Brea. Ask for the gal who colors and cuts her wigs. Pricilla She can get a wig for you for quarter of the price. Do not be a sucker like I was. That wig and my experience with Amy will always be remember as one of the biggest mistakes I have made thus far. I would like to add that Amy is so upset that I wrote my truth that she has called me to harass me as well as written this response below therefore not excepting any responsibility. I am sorry to say she is a liar and a phony. Should would kill for a dollar. Just be aware. Th My wig had to be sent back to China for a complete new top. 6 grand down the toilet. You can purchase a great wig no more than 2 grand. Trust me I have now read more

I won't go into details about my situation because it's clear this woman can and has been a bully in response to any complaints. What I will say is that there are far better quality custom wigs out there with companies who will put more effort into making sure that the fit and the needs of the customer are met- especially for the price that you are being asked to pay here... Shop around and compare, you'll see that there are much better options. read more

Amy and her CreatedHair team are phenomenal! I am not a customer, but the sister of a customer and have been at all the appointments with her. From day one, we felt very comfortable as she is honest and straightforward. None of us knew what to expect, especially my sister who was the one that would be going through the process of losing her hair to chemo. Amy not only found her a fabulous wig, but Kathleen colored and cut it to make it look like her real hair. Amy isn't just a store where you go to buy a wig. She is SO much more... she is truly a "concierge" to her clients, supporting them and walking them through each step. She truly knows and understands the process and is honest with what to expect. She doesn't sugar coat it, which makes it more real and takes away the shock/surprise of what comes next. She even goes the extra step to help her client's support team know what to expect and how to help as she goes through this tough time. So appreciative for the support to my sister and her "tribe"! read more

I was really getting depressed about loosing my hair due to Alapacia. A friend seen an interview on TV with Amy promoting her company and suggested I contact her. I did and that was one of the best things I ever did for myself! From the first time I met Amy she became a great friend. She understands hair loss and knows how it affects our self esteem. She has a great eye for style and color. She works with you and the stylist to get the wig to the perfect cut and fit. Amy is not happy until you are happy! You can call her any time with a question and she responds almost immediately. The hair is absolutely beautiful, so natural looking and very easy to care for and style. I get compliments on my hair every time I go out, but the best compliment I get is "You look so good, what have you been doing?" That compliment comes from even close friends who see me all the time! I highly recommended Amy, her hair products and her stylist! 10 Stars in my book! Barbara S read more

Amy was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday evening since I was leaving town the next day. Very caring and helpful - I highly recommend.

We are so thankful for Amy Gibson; she is absolutely God sent! My mom has been struggling with thinning hair since her 40's (now 74) and she wanted to finally do something about it. We wanted someone who would understand her needs, given she was older in age and not looking for a full or stylish wig, plus something which was easy to wear without too much work, and it was important my mom found a wig that reelected her age, changing hair color, and soft image. After a few failed attempts we were lucky to reach out to CreatedHair. Amy was kind, compassionate, thoughtful, loving, patient and provided so many options that were natural, easy, and convenient for my mom. I was so impressed with how she was able to communicate with my mom and engaged my mom in a way that made her feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. I would recommend Amy Gibson (CreatedHair) to anyone. Amy's skillsets go beyond just some someone looking for a hair piece or wig, she gets it on all levels for whatever your need is (from medical, fun, natural hair loss, and so much more)! Thank you, Amy! read more

Amy is one of the sweetest people I know AND so very professional. She really cares that her customers get exactly what they need and want. I'm a transitioned trangenderd woman that had male pattern baldness. Hair transplants were not an option and I was severly depressed about my hair, or lack there of. I found CreatedHair.com and could not beleive the personal service Amy provides. I live on the east coast and she called me, we Skyped online, and emailed back and forth to perfect my hair. I've purchased three wigs from her, a human hair, Cyper Hair, and a water wig and all are so much better than I could have gotten anywhere else. No one can tell I wear a wig. I told a close friend and she couldn't beleive it even after looking and touching. These are NOT the same wigs as everywhere else. I have used many different manufacture's wigs from several hundred dollars to over one thousand dollars and Amy's are superior to all of them. Most importantly is the caring and understanding personal attention Amy provides. I've only spoken to one other person in her shop and she was just as understanding and professional as Amy is. Sure, it's more expensive than the average wig, but if you don't have any hair of your own, it's so totally worth it. read more

Ordered a wig for a friend suffering thru alopecia and I could not be happier...they did a web based video conference and helped my Friend properly setup her wig and she sold us something called a rescue bag that has all the tools you need to manage your wigs appearance and to be able to store it....she truly gave us a sense of assurance that things are manageable with hair loss if you get organized and deal with issue head on... Very happy with her real human hair wig. read more

Amy was rude over the phone. I was in desperate need for wig advice, tried asking questions and she cut me off and gave me the phone number to one of her "stylists" whom didn't even have a voicemail set up yet supposedly this stylist is renowned and well known in LA. A complete joke, as a woman of color I'll stick to woman of color owned salons, they typically show you care and concern and want to help you achieve your desired looks. I'll be needed hair services for at least a year, this place just lost a long term, paying customer. read more

We began with such a positive productive phone conversation. I thought she really understood what I wanted. I don't particularly like driving to Los Angeles but After email back and forth I agreed to an appointment time that she suggested. When I arrived the front desk guy called her and then handed the phone to me. She says that my appointment time was later and she was in the middle of something but it's okay and she would see me. once I meet her I showed her the email. So she says , "oh, I f'ed up. The business seemed small and that's okay. I thought she had what I wanted. But when i reminded her that I was interested in synthetic she tells me that she talks to so many people and cannot remember my specific needs and that she has mostly human hair wigs. She said many things that I did not appreciate. Like my current wig looks like a wig. The f bomb. And she was very pushy. That's great that she was on television and has other reviews. My experience with her was less than productive. I left with out buying anything. Waisted my day and petrol. If you want any kind of selection vogue wigs in Orange County is far better. In fact any other business would be far better! How cute. Instead accepting the face that your service is poor, you make additional insults to me. Thanks for proving my point. read more

My experience with Amy, as well as with the professionals she works with to fit, color and style her wigs, was incredibly positive. Both women were very nice and supportive towards what we were going through. She has a lot of wigs to chose from and they are all great quality. I really really can't say enough good things about Amy and Created hair. I went to created hair because I had purchased a very expensive wig from a different wig establishment that I was so unhappy with. It fit my head so oddly and just looked somewhat fake because of the cut and lack of baby hairs. Amy's stylist transformed it and I left so much more comfortable with my wig. I wish I had gone to her from the beginning bc I had the opportunity to try on her human hair wigs, and wow! They are just incomparable to any other wig place I had spent my time and money at. I mean really amazing quality, attention to detail, and impeccable sensitivity to my needs. If you need a wig for any reason whatsoever I implore you to go to Amy and Created hair.
