My car had an unfortunate run in with a gigantic tree branch. The mother trucking branch fell out…read moreof nowhere. It left an unsightly dent on the hood. Mysteriously it didn't scratch the paint. Could this possibly come out using PDR? (Paintless Dent Removal). I initially called a place that just does PDR but it was a little too far from my house and they were a little frustrating to schedule an appointment with. On a whim I called Affordable and they told me to come right down. Jaime gave me an estimate and told me to bring it back the next day. 24 hours later BOOM. That unsightly dent it gone. And the price? Well they definitely lived upto their name. But most of all the quality of repair was great. I can't tell at all where the dent was. 100% gone. And I'm 100% satisfied. However, one of my recent visits was very disappointing. My battery was on its way out. I went to start my car and it wouldn't start. My boyfriend drove to me and jumped it. Since this location was a convenient route on my way home, I decided to go here. It's a good thing that he asked me if I wanted him to follow me there. Normally, they help with installation, but this time the man behind the counter said he couldn't do it because of his back. He was a bit younger than us, and a bit more able bodied. Besides, the battery we purchased wasn't very heavy. My boyfriend and I both have some back issues ourselves, and was hoping on the usual service we get here. We purchased our battery and a few other items we needed. We carried our purchases out ourselves and had to re-jump my car to get it home. We managed to install it ourselves when we got home. However, because of our experience, we will make it a point to go elsewhere for any purchases like this in the future.

The staff was... quite... transactional, particularly the older gentleman that was at the front desk who didn't seem interested at all in speaking to me. The woman that was there seemed to be pretty nice, and had a smile on her face with each of the two exchanges we shared. The waiting area is small, but appropriate and there's a live camera feed going to a small CRT TV mounted from the ceiling, which is awesome I'd say because most shops don't do that. In all honesty, I haven't been to any shop that has until today!

Prices are sometimes better than one of the other auto parts stores, and are almost always genuine replacements, and not OEM equivalents. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I've had them offer to replace wiper blades, batteries and other easily changeable parts - but half the fun is doing it myself. There's a great selection of tools and aftermarket equipment for those who really like to get their hands dirty. I would highly recommend this NAPA outlet if you're a shade tree mechanic, run a large volume repair shop, or somewhere in between.

My car's battery died and I needed a new one. I was able to start my car with a battery pack, but…read moreultimately, I had to buy a battery and they were nearby. I ordered one online and expected to do curbside pickup because I didn't want to shut my car off; I'd have to connect my battery pack to start the car. It was a hassle I wanted to avoid. Fast forward, my order was ready for pickup and I went to the store. I parked right in front and called. They took a while to answer and when they did, they put me on hold for 2 minutes. The phone began to ring again and I was put back on hold. After a total of 7 minutes, ( I know, Shame on me for waiting, but I'm considerate and understand they get busy) I hung up and reluctantly shut my car off and went inside. There was one employee at the counter (not busy), another wandering around (not busy) and another was stocking shelves. I was furious. The laziness in this store is unbelievable. Two people weren't busy, yet my call was basically unanswered and no one really helped me. These guys were terribly careless. Bad customer service. I don't recommend this place.
