I went to three places to get a feel for who to have the work done by. Bill was a referral from another body shop. He was direct and recognized the care the 318ti had received. I've always been partial to small passion shops and went with him. I was not disappointed. When he finished the front end literally looked new it was so striking. There were a couple of small peripheral items that he dialed in to achieve the results which I doubt large shops would've addressed. After installation on 05/14-15/2025, the RV was never safely operable (rough running, stalling at idle, check-engine light, soft brakes, very hard steering). On 06/08/2025 it overheated and was towed to the shop's yard. On 07/28/2025 the shop wrote they would "absolutely warranty our work at no additional cost," but on 09/02/2025 they refused to continue unless I paid more and signed a liability release. I retrieved the RV on 09/03/2025 in worse condition, with the air-intake and other parts left uninstalled. I paid $9,310.80 across four invoices and received a non-functioning RV. Complaints filed with the California BAR (Ref 629E-J6JP8N) and BBB. Photos and documentation available.
