But it's an absolute miracle I found this awesome women-owned business. I went in originally for facial. They solved my problematic skin that had freaked out when I moved to a new climate. Spots everywhere. Then they talked to me about laser. I had wasted hundreds/thousands of dollars at other places with little to no results so just assumed it didn't work for me. I also have a hormone disorder that makes my hair thick and stubborn. I learned about how many places don't have this type of laser and therefore do not give the same results. So I tried it first on a small area. Had AMAZING results! Next thing I know I'm lasering everything and I couldn't be happier! Now I just need touch ups once in a blue moon. Worth every penny! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. I have a lot of questions and they were always patient with me. I can't recommend them enough. Also, try their house made skin care! I did not know that VARICOSE veins were the cause of the consistent pain, heaviness and swelling in my legs. Dr. Powell is calm, gentle and has great bedside manners. His team is great. I have been under their care for over three years. I am so thankful I found them. My family doctor's P. A. suggested that massages might help my pain. (I went to two different therapists. The first left me bruised and in worse pain. A week later, when the pain subsided, I went to a second one. She took one look at the back of my legs and suggested I see a vein specialist. She did not even finish my session, she did not want to cause further pain or injury. I paid and left. It was 4:00 pm. and looked online where I found that I could be seen the next morning by a vein specialist in a nearby town. That experience left me frustrated. Their first questions were about money. Although their advertisement said that an assessment was free, before the doctor saw me, I was told that I needed to schedule several procedures. The doctor saw me briefly but did not examine me, told me that I needed vein treatment and sent me back to his staff who wanted me to schedule several procedures without further explanations and talked more about money. I felt pressured and uncomfortable with their process. After more online research, I found Dr. Powell. Thank goodness for Texas Vein and Aesthetics. Dr. Powell has given me my life back. Before, leg pain prevented me from walking! Immediately after the first procedure, the heaviness and pain in the treated leg dissipated. Treatment of the other leg gave similar results. She was very knowledgeable and I did feel comfortable with her. I told her I have been getting Botox for over 20 years & always very pleased with the results. For some reason she felt dysport would be a better choice for me & it was more affordable (which was not a factor I had discussed). The total cost was actually about $100 more than I had ever paid for Botox (I only had 2 areas...squint lines & between my eyebrows). It's now 10/11 and I cannot really tell I had anything done less than 2 months later. I am an "older" patient but went for Botox & was steered to Dysport for some reason. While I was comfortable with Lexi, I question why she suggested Dysport for me even though I never discussed pricing but more concerned with results. Botox had generally lasted me about 6 months & now I feel I need another treatment. Just posting this so others will be sure to stick to what you know.

I got to the spa on day of my appointment and Julie has a family emergency and had forgotten. Her assistant was there (Lexie) so she offered to do my treatment which was Botox between the eyes. Within 10 Days I started noticing a droop. Julie arranged for me to come in and she injected more. Within a few days I noticed my eye was drooping more. I messaged her and she said wait 10 Days. I waited 10 days and it's horrible. It's droopy, weepy, my nose on that side keeps running. Now she says they will call in some eye drops that will open the eye up-which I am sure are very expensive. I have asked for a refund. I would say run from Lexie when it has to do with Botox as I've had it plenty of times and had no problems. The first picture was a few weeks after service. It's noticeable but not horrible. Second is now and 3rd is all i was offered as a solution. .
