Professional pet sitter, Allison Sorokin has been boarding dogs for 9 years for family, friends, and friends of friends. In 2011 she finally decided to take the plunge and offer a full range of pet care and began Fur'st Love Pet Care.
Meet the Business Owner: Allison S.
Ali has grown up with animals her entire life. In many ways it's these animals that have taught her many of the life lessons and have made her who she is today. Some of the earliest memories involve sharing ice cream on the front porch with Max the Shepherd/Collie mix she grew up with, or giving up her bed to her terrier/mutt Mitzie and sleeping on the floor.
Bed ridden with appendicitis at 20 years old it was Shadow, just a kitten then, sleeping on her chest for 3 weeks while waiting for a diagnosis - that helped her through some such a difficult time.
In 2004 when she and her husband Len got Palmer and were asked to board another English Pointer from NYC for 2 weeks, boarding became something she would offer out to friends and family because she and her husband loved watching the dogs play together, taking them for walks and to the beach.
