Not ony is she responsible, but she has helped me with teaching my pup new tricks! I have her to thank for teaching my Bentley how to go up and down stairs. I looked at kennels as I was about to take a 3d vacay and a future 10d vacay and knew it wasn't for her. I heard about Midge through a neighbor and all my dealings with her have been very professional and altogether fantastic. Midge was very responsive to my e-mails. We did a meet and greet for about 20m to go over everything. She left behind her insurance certification, and a pen/book for when the walkers come to write about what seems to be just notes on bowel movements of my dog (she's a dog, it's not like they had conversations, haha). Midge was very understanding of all requests that I may/may not have had. She offered to take photos and send text messages after each walk, and etc... I was content without them. We set up another time to do a trial run and my pup responded very well. I handed over my keys and left for vacation. On my request, I received a text message once a day that spelled out anomalies (like she hasn't pooped) and victories (like when she finally pooped). It looked like my doggie was also warming up to Midge and her team (Celeste and Kristen). When we came home, everything was as expected and Midge also followed up with a call just to make sure we got home on-time and etc. Would recommend and this is a delightful way for me to take a vacation and not have to worry about my pup.

When it comes to training and handling she is top notch. Every time I have left my dog to get groomed, I open the door and my dog comes RUNNING to me! Meaning: my dog isn't locked in a cage pre/ post groom.. Also, my dog is HAPPY! She isn't scared or anxious. Sharon basically has a warehouse so dogs (that behave) are free to roam inside and she also has a nice sized run outdoors for dogs to play in also!! We have also been attending her puppy classes and we also have our other dog certified as a therapy dog through enchanted paws It's the one stop shop! Just to give more insight on Sharon, I found a dog on the side of the road.. Took him to my house. She was there within a half hour and scanned the microchip. We were able to locate the owners and get the dog back to his owners FAST!!! I give all the credit to her here because she reached out to her co workers and found the dog was indeed reported "missing" and she quickly found where we needed to bring him!

I truly have trust issues when it comes to caring for my babies. Heidi is definitely my petsitter…read moreextraordinaire! She has been sitting for my 3 about 4 years. I was blessed to find her thru a friend. I was panicked when the sitter I used wasn't working out. My oldest Maltese who is my heart was suffering from an illness and my family had a trip planned. I was ready to cancel going but my very particular friend said I was in good hands with Heidi. I checked her reference and made my calls. I just couldn't kennel my babies. Heidi came over to meet us. It was something about her smile, the way she immediately got on the floor with my three and the tone of her voice that set me at ease. She assured me she would have no problem giving my Zoe medication 3 times a day. I hired her to do day visits and sleepovers. Oh I need to mention our Bichon was a rescue with major trust issues from being severely abused. So this job wasn't an easy one for Heidi. Heidi sent me messages during my trip which was so comforting. After a 7 day vacation I returned home to 3 very happy pups. All healthy. On regular sitting dog walking days, I get great notes when I return home. I love this lady!! It can be very quiet in my house and all I have to say is "Auntie Heidi" is coming to see you and then there is jumping and barking. They are crazy about Heidi.
