Not knowing anyone in…read morethe area I looked up pet groomers on Yelp and read several reviews on several pet groomers in the area. Lori's Make Rover Over had posative reviews which helped me make my final decision. I called to make an appointment and Lori was very nice over the phone. Lori has converted an enclosed garage in the back of her home into a pet grooming shop. I walked in and it was clean and no smell of any type of animal. I was greeted by Lori and her daughter who works side by side with her mom. Awesome family business. I explained to her exactly what I wanted and chatted with her for a minute before I left. I knew Chico was in good caring hands. Chico is not just a pet to me.. he is family. I recieved a call when Chico was ready for pick up. When I walked in to pick up Chico he was happy and looking great. I am very pleased with the service that was provided and have already made Chico's next appointment. A military discount is offered Monday thru Thursday as well as a referral program that offers an additional discount wether you are military or not. I highly recommend Lori's Make Rover Over! An establishment does not have to be fancy to get my business. Quality of work, great customer service and great pricing is what I look for when spending my hard earned dollar. Thank you Lori!

The service was too expensive for the result. At making rover over I felt at ease and the nice lady took much care with my little angel dog. If I weren't moving, I would go again and again. She removed much of his loose hair and managed to make him smell good (hard for the breed has a strong natural smell). Thank you so much, would 100% recommend!

This is right up my alley as I need to be at work as much as possible as we are a small business. What I was impressed with most, after the initial impression of state of the art Mercedes custom grooming Sprinter, was the absolute best nail trimming and Dremel-ing (if that's a word) that Sarge has ever had... period. Everything else like his shiny coat, fresh smell, and his overall demeanor were all perfect. As far as price I can tell you because of my travels, primarily over the Midwest, that I paid a fair price. My Sargent isn't small, weighing in at 90+lbs, plus this was my first mobile experience. Price was just what I've paid in places like Aurora's Loving Family Animal Hospital, except Soggy came to me AND there were 2 ladies who welcomed Sarge up and had him back to me in about an hour. He keeps getting so many compliments at Bear Creek Dog Park since his grooming. I haven't used anyone else in the Springs and frankly I have no reason to try.

This is the second issue we've had in the past year with Soggy Doggy. A few months back, after we dropped our dog off to get groomed, we received a call saying they could not groom our dog due to "dog lice". They put the supposed lice on a piece of scotch tape and gave it to us. The next day we took our dog the Vet who determined it was not lice, ticks, fleas or any other dog issues. The only reasonable way, according to the Vet, that lice is transmitted is through other dogs, dirty combs, or dirty clippers. The owner refused to accept responsibility for the razor burn after we sent her pictures of the burn. I will no longer take our dog to Soggy Doggy after these issues.
