She is very shy and doesn't gravitate to people outside her family much. Liz spent time with her and she just looks beautiful. She did such a nice job and my little girl is so happy. Liz said my girl is so sweet and she was good the whole time. I am sure it is because Liz treated her so well. I have 2 small dogs and I have taken both of them to Republic Paws West and they both just look adorable after their grooming and the groomers treat them so well. Thank You Republic Paws.

Immediate customer courtesy from the groomer would have sufficed, but guess, I didn't fit his demographic. 3 dogs arrived for a winter cut. 2 (Malshi) were given petsmart cuts(poor work ethic). There was some matting, but not on their heads or face. So unrecognizable, TERRIBLE(sad)! 3rd (Shi-chi) not bad, he could have spent 5 more minute's with CHUY, and I would have been impressed. 1st time/Last time as service and professionalism was lacking. Wife was not impressed or content with the end result, these are her babies and she has made a point, as to not revisit!

This is right up my alley as I need to be at work as much as possible as we are a small business. What I was impressed with most, after the initial impression of state of the art Mercedes custom grooming Sprinter, was the absolute best nail trimming and Dremel-ing (if that's a word) that Sarge has ever had... period. Everything else like his shiny coat, fresh smell, and his overall demeanor were all perfect. As far as price I can tell you because of my travels, primarily over the Midwest, that I paid a fair price. My Sargent isn't small, weighing in at 90+lbs, plus this was my first mobile experience. Price was just what I've paid in places like Aurora's Loving Family Animal Hospital, except Soggy came to me AND there were 2 ladies who welcomed Sarge up and had him back to me in about an hour. He keeps getting so many compliments at Bear Creek Dog Park since his grooming. I haven't used anyone else in the Springs and frankly I have no reason to try.

This is the second issue we've had in the past year with Soggy Doggy. A few months back, after we dropped our dog off to get groomed, we received a call saying they could not groom our dog due to "dog lice". They put the supposed lice on a piece of scotch tape and gave it to us. The next day we took our dog the Vet who determined it was not lice, ticks, fleas or any other dog issues. The only reasonable way, according to the Vet, that lice is transmitted is through other dogs, dirty combs, or dirty clippers. The owner refused to accept responsibility for the razor burn after we sent her pictures of the burn. I will no longer take our dog to Soggy Doggy after these issues.
