It's a better facility than some. The process is very easy. Make an appointment. If you need weekend service, plan your appointment weeks in advance. Usually you get a confirmation call before your day. Easy drop off, provided you had your vet send over all the required proof of vaccinations. Please be specific in how you want them groomed. Don't cry fault if you didn't tell the groomer first. I've had the fur on ears, bangs and tails trimmed a bit shorter during pick up without a fuss. You get a call that your pet is ready for pick up. Bandanas or bows usually adorn your clean pet. Credit cards or cash accepted. Yelp check-in offer is a nice bonus. Add on toys and treats are for sale in the lobby. I have used the self serve pet washing area in the back. Call ahead to find out what good times are. They really try and deter you from using the area that the groomer needs to wash a clients dog at the same time. Off peak times are best. I found it a good value, and much easier on your back than leaning over a tub or kiddie pool. Harness setup. Shampoo choices. Comfy no slip mat for your pet to stand on. Fluffy clean towels, or blow dry is available. I should use this self serve more often(#Lazy).

We waited for 6 long months for this full groom and cut to happen which was $90+ my family was mortified when he came home. The groomer tending to his dematting sessions was really nice & patient however, I made sure if she is really good with cuts. I went back to the store to discuss the end result with the manager Brie, she says she'll see what she can do. 2 weeks came by never heard back. So I followed up. She says the owner doesn't do refunds or the option was to get another cut from a different store! Unbelievably disappointing and will never ever come back here.

There is a large washing area that accommodates dogs of all sizes. Shampoo built into hose so just change the lever to clean or rinse. One of their vacuums is down so it wasn't in there but a staff member was able to snag it from the other bathing area so we could get him blown out. There are also a few towels provided and a small dog and large dog collar that you can attach to the wall so your pup isn't all over the place. Would come back again to use this self serve option. The groomers are just okay. Last time we picked up our pup he still had lots of hair flying around and his hind area was unevenly trimmed. Not to mention it took longer than expected which would have been fine if they didn't send me a text saying to head back that my dog was almost done. I came back and still waited 40+ minutes before he came out. I had to ask someone what was going on. Also looked like the tips of his nails were just filed but not actually clipped

I was confident they were going to bath her and check her since she had been playing in the tall grass. Maybe there was a miscommunication in the line. I did get to view her on my phone and do check ups daily but they turn the cameras off at night.
