we had two furniture items to be repaired; an antique chair, and an antique humidor. Brendon was the person I dealt with over the phone, and he set up an appointment for an in home estimate. Don came and gave us a quote. We agreed to the repair, and Don took the furniture with him. It only took a couple of weeks, and the furniture looks almost new. Great job. I would definitely recommend this company, and will reuse them in the future!

Great company, Don, Brandon, and Brendan are all awesome guys. They helped restore and assemble my 200 year old antique German furniture and made them look new again. I am extremely satisfied by their service. Wish the movers had used them to begin with. Will definitely be using them when I PCS again. Over all its class A top quality service, I could not have asked for a better outcome

Don and his team member Brandon did a wonderful job repairing my mom's furniture that was damaged in a long-distance move.

Cindy did a beautiful job fixing them with an eye for detail and cleaned them up, too. The turn around time was quick. When we took them in, the finish on the chairs was worn and scuffed. They look really nice now and we don't have to worry about them collapsing when someone sits on them.

I had worked on them a little bit myself, but knew I was in over my head. I was also worried about calling in a professional, wary of turning what had been a free find into an incredibly expensive one. Eventually I bit the bullet, and called Artcraft. I worked with Cindy, who is truly wonderful. She was prompt about getting back to me, and gave her own suggestions while being careful to listen to what I was asking for. She clearly understands the sentimental value of the furniture she gets, in addition to its monetary value. I was also initially worried about replacing the damaged casters and caster sleeves of the chair--she did an amazing job! She found period matches for one chair, and completely replaced the wheels of another, which had been modified at some point in its past. She was also very sharp in her assessment of the materials and time period of the pieces, which was especially helpful given these chairs' unknown history. The rates were very reasonable, and the work was completed before the date she gave. She also has a nice collection of antiques, if you're in the market for something. I have attached photos of the chairs, but they do not do the work justice. They're so lovely!

He was easy to work with, completed the project right on schedule, and even provided pick-up and delivery since I live nearby. The entire job cost less than buying a new bed, and the quality far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

A cherished antique dining room table was damaged in a move from Phoenix to Tucson. I requested…read morebids on Yelp for someone to repair it. I got several messages about the project, but Matt Neel was the only one who followed through on every step of the bid, and he wasn't weird about it. He didn't pressure me to accept the bid before I was ready, like one of the other businesses did. And on top of everything else, the bid he gave me was the most reasonable in terms of price! As far as his work goes, it's excellent! My table looks beautiful. The repairs aren't noticeable at all. He also strengthened the table legs so that they would be less likely to break in the future. I'm so pleased. The one possible caveat I would issue is that working with Matt required a bit of patience. He is busy and takes on new projects as he has time. There was also a health issue that set back the date at which he could return my table. This wasn't a problem for me; I understand that things come up sometimes, and given how reasonable his rates are, it seemed only fair to me to be flexible when he said he needed more time. If you also can be flexible about time, I think Matt is the best guy to hire for your project.

I stopped by on a Friday During business hours and they were closed. Went back the following Monday and the door was locked but there were people inside, one was sitting on MY chair. It appears to me that this company doesn't care about their customers or future customers. Obviously, they hill get no recommendations from me.

I brought the other two chairs up when I went to pick up the first two that I dropped off on Thursday afternoon.I told him I know this is asking a lot but I've got a bunch of people coming over for a barbecue on labor day. Any chance picking these two up tomorrow. Carlos with a big smile said no problem Mr Morrisey.he said we're only be here till 1:00 tomorrow because of the labor day Holiday but you can pick them up at noon. Next morning at 10:00 a.m. I get a call from Carlos and the chairs are ready to go. Excellent work in excellent service. They can handle the smallest or the biggest upholstery jobs. Very clean shop everybody was wearing mask. Thank you Sarah and Carlos!

However, after living in Tucson for 2.5 Yrs now, I felt I had to warn potential clients of what I am finding not only with Reyes, but other unprofessional contractors and Vendors that do not want to work or care about it. So, not only with Reyes Cabinets, but I will also be yelping about many of the other companies I have found on YELP. These companies show 5 stars but do not seem to offer the service or return calls. So, not only with Reyes Cabinets, but I will also be yelping about many of the other companies I have found on YELP. I have interviewed over 10 cabinet companies with no reply, just promises, then I never hear from them. Same with plumbers, drywallers, stucco companies etc. It is just mind boggling and I hear it is an issue here in Tucson. When I reached out to Reyes Cabinets via phone calls and texts then followed up with additional phone calls with no response. I wanted to let others know the lack of their professionalism and say, "Stay Away From Reyes". I have a three-time rule now, you ignore me then I am moving on as it is obvious you do not need business or a job. At least let a potential client know upfront, you are either too busy or not interested then provide excuses and lies you cannot meet up too. When I had my showroom in CA, customer service was performed to all our clients, hence why were slammed due to our response. Never EVER leave a client or potential client hanging. It is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I told my employees ALWAYS return a call and never lie to the clients. It is harder to remember lies than the truth. Sadly, this new generation does not understand this concept, customer service skills or professionalism. Hell, they do not even know how to sign their name in cursive.
