The 1 star is for the third party delivery service they use!!! Horrible experience and since I had to put a star to give this reviews I did! We have a hole in our stairway ceiling! My husband watched as the carried the folded up mattress base up the stairs and suddenly stopped. They actually had hit the ceiling and took out the plaster! They were picking up chunks of plaster to hide what they did but there was plaster dust all over the landing and steps! As they came quickly back down the stairs my husband stopped them... they were in a hurry to leave and trying to get past him ignoring his call to hold up! He pointed at the ceiling showing them what they did and the one guy said "NO" ! My husband was very angry but tried not to get too worked up... he had heart surgery 2 days prior to this! The delivery guy took a photo, my husband took one also.. they left and we reported what happened to the store. We have not received a call back from anyone and my husband went to the store to show our salesman what happened. He made calls but still no calls from anyone to get the damage fixed! Once my husband recovers fully I guess he has some plaster work and painting to do...thanks Mattress Firm! Your DELIVERY SERVICE SUCKS! Maybe we should just return everything and get our money back and go elsewhere for what we needed!!! This is how stores don't take responsibility for delivery issues... they use other businesses so they don't take the blame for what happens!

I had to leave out for work because they had still not arrived at the time specified. My teenage son was present and unaware of the delivery and the removal of my old bed. They left my bed in the living room hallway. I called the store 5 min after the delivery ppl had left and Andre told me the the delivery guys would not come back out and I needed to figure it out myself. So highly upset I wanted to cancel everything and they could pick they mattress back up, he went back and fourth about the cancellation policy and once again told me to figure it out. I called another mattress factory and got another managers number I believe it was Andrew(not sure) he was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and rescheduled the delivery guys to come back out another day. Two days pass the original day. So I myself dragged my old bed down my steps and to my porch and carried the new mattress upstairs and set it up. The delivery guys arrived and took the old mattress off the porch the following day. I'm rewriting this review as I hate leaving bad reviews and the bed was comfortable at first (so I was going to let it go) but it's now been over two months and the mattress is uncomfortable. I paid for the mattress in full over $1800, So I will be contacting the store to exchange as my warranty states I have 120 day I will update my review after. Negative stars is really because of Andre really bad attitude over the phone and didn't even try to resolved the issue by rescheduling, he was no help at all!!

I didn't want to purchase anything from the 'Outlet' as, in the past, when I did buy something from the Outlet, it was 'college' dorm quality furniture and I had to return it. Pelle assured me that the Shelby style bedroom furniture displayed at this location was NOT in that category and he wasn't wrong. The bedroom set is great quality and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Pelle was wonderful to work with. The delivery service was outstanding. The two men were Professional & hard working. I also really liked the Tracking capability for my order as it helped with communication for when the product would arrive. It was EXACT and on point. This furniture is beautiful and I'm a very satisfied customer.

This is the second couch we bought from them. First one we bought about 4 years ago and the other one we just picked up today. Granite it wasn't an expensive couch. Under 700.00 but perfect for what we needed it for. When we got it back to the house we unpackaged it and put the feet on. when we flip up the couch and took a better look I notice a bow in the wood on the front piece and the springs pier to be popping up the cushions so something wasn't right. It wasn't something simple that we would be able to live with. We packed up the section that was broken to take it back. The manager accused us of breaking it and to make matters even worse accused my fiance of being "wacked out of his mind" because he told him after he accused us of breaking it, to give us a refund. So when he went back up with the other part of the couch the manager continued to accused him of breaking it and insist that he must of jumpped on the couch breaking it. Told him to F*** off in front of customers. That is No way to run a business. Apparently if someone wanted to return something they must be high. She commented to the guy (who advised he's been with the company for 4 months) I'm sure I'm not the first person who's had experience and comes in to help a family member. She didn't want him to think she was stepping on his toes but she, more than him, knew what my 85 yr Mom needed. His reply, "yes I've had others do the same, your not the first and I find it very much annoying and a pain" BYE BYE - WE WALKED OUT AND WON'T RETURN. We tried to negotiate and it was a no go, but then they gave us $10 off for two of the cheap basic bed frames we got. And, at that point, they did not need to do anything. We already were in. It was just a nice gesture. They tell it to you straight. They make their prices as low as they feel comfortable, and that's that. For the less picky, you can really nail a deal on a faulty item. I got a Serta i-Series mattress. Normally, these things run in the thousands. This one was $399. The reason it was so low, a small dirt smudge, about the size of my hand. Considering the sheet is always on, I really did not care. This is one of the most comfortable mattresses in the market. It's like Temperpedic, but better. Now, it gets better. I did not originally see the dirt mark because there was a smock over it. I was told there was some defect. After we left, the manager asked the salesman if I saw the defect. When he learned I had not, he called me, explained the defect, and asked if I wanted to return to see it and confirm I still wanted it. Since I was right next door at McDonald's, I returned and I was fine with it. We got a great deal. They were straight shooters. And, they gave me a honest deal.
