I am temporarily housing my son's dog while his wife is deployed overseas with the Air Force. He…read moreis a high energy German Shepard/Great Pyrenees mix. They only had him a few months before she left, so he really needed some training. Every staff member I have encountered are actual trainers (not just babysitters) and really care about what they do. The owner took time to talk to me about my concerns and situation. Very easy drop off and pick up, plus a web portal to book appointments. I mostly appreciate the videos at the end of each session so that I know what to work on at home. Plus my daughter in law is able to watch the videos as well from very far away and stay connected!! That means the world to her. Thank you Lucky Dog!

You have a trainer that puts a bite risk on a dog because they don't want to take the time to actually work with a dog. That is also unacceptable. This is not okay. And then to be telling the owner that they put their dog at risk of being put down because they didn't want to actually take the steps it takes to get a dog to be comfortable with you. Your trainer, Ryann needs to be reevaluated. This can put your company at risk. I don't know why you would allow a trainer to dump a dog out of its crate. That is not how a dog should be handled. That is not at all how I would want a trainer to be treating my dog. I have no idea what else she does that is also unacceptable behind closed doors. She could be abusing dogs for all I know because she didn't put the safety of a dog first.

Don't always assume who you are talking too is not a dr like yourself while you are harassing them. So I left there and found this vet after days of searching. They had decent reviews and the receptionist Sue was polite and answered all my questions over the phone assuring me the vet had a great following all the way from Fort Lauderdale. Again very hard to find a vet who's receptionist is not rude and is educated on the business she is working at. We have brought our dog several times to this location in the last month for a first time patient, a follow up, a neuter and have boarded him for two nights. Each time they have been more than welcoming. We had dr buzetti care for our puppy Pomeranian who was really helpful and did a great job treating him. The rest of the vet techs were very professional and had great customer service skills especially Rachel who took extra care to our needs and our Pom. The facility is clean, maintained well and over all a great place to bring your pet! I highly recommend this location!
