Being retired and somewhat ill of health, and just simply needing a hand around our property, not having a service that is provided in bigger cities was extremely disappointing. I found Brendan J. on Craigslist. Our initial call was promising. Brendan provided a reasonable quote over the phone, called the next day to confirm our appointment, and began the job the very next day! Don't let the big hat and boots fool you, Brendan cleaned my yard extremely well on the first visit! He came with all the tools necessary to complete the job. He was extremely polite in person as well as over the phone, although that sounds like a no brainer, lately customer service has gone to the dogs. Happily not with Brendan. Brendan is scheduled for weekly visits to the property and due to my circumstances he has no problems communicating via text messaging to let me know when he is arriving and leaving. I'm looking forward to a long lasting ties with Scoops as long as Brendan is my guy for the job!
