Both times scheduling was a breeze via text messages to them. They were able to work her in within a week from the request. They have been professional and took great care of her and listened well to what we asked for. I learned since her previous grooming then my giving her a bath in between about a month ago using the dog shampoo in the house that Tasha has dry skin as I noticed some flaking of dead skin on her coat. I had a dog lotion on hand as well that I started massaging into her coat every few days to help alleviate any discomfort and itching she had. When I brought her in yesterday I conveyed the information to the staff. And asked for a hydrating shampoo for her dry skin. Not only did I pick her up looking adorable and fresh but I received a text from my groomer letting me know they found some blackheads and clogged pores on her body and suggested instead of applying the lotion going forward, to bathe her with a special shampoo in between grooming and they sent me the link to it. I truly appreciated that extra care and attention to my sweet baby girl and ordered it immediately from Amazon. I will continue going to Woof & Wander for our grooming needs and would definitely recommend them! They have very reasonable prices and take great care of my dog. Thank you!

When I called to make his appointment, I had to leave a message asking for an appointment. The owner called back within 24 hours and we set up a day and time. He had no issues with the two women working on him and I was very pleased with the results. Not only do they cut the nails, they file the rough edges and trim the fur so they look neat. All for only $15!!! I will be back for sure and am so relieved he wasn't traumatized!

My opinion is they don't have a very accommodating personality for military families. Why do I say this?... My husband is in the Army reserves and from time to time I (his wife) needs to meet up with him away from home. As for military plans, if your familiar with what military life is like ... Per my fiance's recommendation, I called AMC and was able to get the same day appointment. We saw Dr. Vincent. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She informed me that Toby (my kitten) had a yeast infection in his ears, most likely due to having been treated for ear mites at the shelter, but not cleaning his ears afterwards. She ran several tests and couldn't find anything else wrong with Toby. She sent us home with ear drops and oral antibiotic. A couple days later I noticed pus coming out of Toby's eyes, and right away I called Dr. Vincent. She was able to prescribe him eye drops without seeing him. Unfortunately, Toby was still vomiting and had persistent diarrhea. I had to take him back in and more testing was done. Still couldn't find anything wrong with him, but Dr. Vincent gave him a shot for nausea/ vomiting. By the time we got home, Toby was feeling better and was eating food. Needless to say he was perfectly healthy just a few days later. Since then I've only had to take him in for shots. The only thing that I wasn't very happy about was the pricing. But I believe they saved Toby's life and to me that's worth every penny. I would highly recommend AMC for all your pets needs.

We had previously taken our dog there for vet care, grooming, and boarding. Although our specific…read morevet and groomer were great, the management and billing practices were questionable. On numerous occasions, they threw surprise charges at us that were unexpected and certainly not communicated up front. They are overpriced compared to other vets in the area that have the same expertise. When we complained about the cleanliness of the dog scale and their billing practices, the management deactivated our account, sent us our dog's records, and didn't want us as a customer anymore. Apparently, the online feedback form is not for critiquing the dog scale. We were shocked, but it was all for the best, as we found a much better vet in Byron Center. I do not recommend this clinic.

I would not hesitate to recommend this place, and we will probably plan this as a stop on our future trips through Michigan!
