Even when my dogs were older and had health problems, Jenn worked with the dog to break up the grooming into small steps to not stress the dogs. She always did a wonderful job grooming my Portuguese Water Dogs. My little Malchi was on many medicines which were always administered perfectly and on a special diet too. When my Malchi boarded there, she was always so happy to get there and practically would jump into Jenn's arms! She loved being groomed there even when the dog was ill.
