I was so grateful that they came around with this because it saved me having to spend on this rental elsewhere. Vanessa and her team were very thoughtful, kind and flexible with allowing me to pick up the chair and drop it off when it was most convenient for me. Upon picking it up we were greeted by other members of her team who were also super friendly and helpful. I am sad that my finances did not allow me to hire them for the entire event as I know they would've gone above and beyond.
