The theme was Baby in Bloom and all outdoor venue. Then she got venue before I did. The host of the venue assured me the place would be cleaned before. Well, of course it wasn't. Mind you, I paid an extra hour for set up. Bianca messaged me took pictures of how messy it was so I can show the host and she just started cleaning (which is not her job) but she was extremely determined to not let me down. When I got there I was overwhelmed. She asked if she can make decisions regarding the layout. I said please! Help haha. She made the whole venue fabulous, she even brought some heaters for the guests. And thank goodness she brought those tents!! Everything she suggested was on point. Her experience and expertise was greatly appreciated. They were fast to set up. On time. And extremely nice and accommodating. Bianca and her team treated me like family. I was emailing multiple times because plans changed, and so I had to change my order. But I wasn't getting a response for over a week, so I finally called them. I was being really apologetic because I felt bad about changing the order so many times. But the reason they weren't being responsive was because now I wasn't going to meet the minimum order. I didn't know they had a minimum, first of all, and they could have told me when I was emailing them so many times! Also as a long time customer, they could've done this out of a courtesy just one time. Also if they had told me about the minimum right away, I would have paid the minimum amount, even though it was going to be more than $100 over what I was ordering. And I had to call them, which was annoying, and my party was less than a week away. These days, that would be almost impossible to find replacements. I'm just really disappointed in companies that just disregard you when they think you're a small customer. As a business owner, I first of all understand how hard it is to run a business. Second of all, I would never disregard small customers, no matter how small the order. It's just disheartening when I've ONLY used them for any rentals I had just out of loyalty.
