There is a train room, a camping/animal room, a baby room, a dress up/kitchen play room, and the large play structure room that is connected to the eating area. There is also an outside area equipped with a water table and a small play house. There are smocks near the water table and loaner shoes so you don't get your feet wet. Food is only allowed in the eating area and there is also food for purchase here. They have an ice cream chest near the outside entrance so you can purchase icecream but you still need to eat in the designated area. The bathroom is nice and clean and equipped with diapers and wet wipes. The Montessori space is so cute and we can spend hours here. You are required to wear socks here and they recommend ones with the grips on the bottom for kids but they have loaner socks in case you forget. I highly recommend for toddlers but probably not for anyone older than three

My biggest reason for giving 3 stars is safety. They have multiple tall shelves, pretend refrigerators, and other things along the wall and none of them are made anchored. My toddler tried to take a costume off the rack and the whole thing started to fall on him! That prompted me to check other things and nothing is mounted making me concerned for other littles. Also since we first came here more and more little things are getting broken and not replaced. I get that kids can be rough on stuff but with that admission price, I would expect to not find so many broken things.

They were wiped out by the end of it! For $20/child (one adult included with each admission), we spent several hours here, letting them play to their heart's content. No reservations are required, unless you are making special arrangements to hold a party here (and bring in outside food), which is great for anyone who just wants to drop in and let their kiddos burn off some steam. There are a few (optional) features that require paying an extra fee, such as the go-carts on the track that winds about underneath the play structure, but our boys didn't even pay them any attention: If it wasn't for randomly walking by while doing some Christmas shopping a couple months ago, we never would have known it was here. But now that we do, I guarantee this won't be the last time you'll see our sons running amok in here!

I love being able to drop my kids off while I shopped around the mall & all they needed to do was give their name and staying until I got back. You're able to play any game they have, use xbox live, if you have time you can sign into your own account or if you happen to keep getting the same station you'll be able to select your player ID. there was a few times that we went and there were no spots during the free member hours so you either have to call ahead to get your name on the waitlist or you may be assed out.

Kinda defeats the purpose of a playground if free play/running is not allowed. (The entire floor is nicely padded.) There weren't age-stratified playtimes listed, but they did have sensory-friendly times, which not all venues provide. It might not get all the kids' wiggles out if running isn't on the menu. The main play structure is great for preschool and young elementary ages, as is the short rock wall. There are other toys around to play with, but these have to be kept in the area away from the structure. I think I have a different idea of what a mixed-age playground can handle. As a mom of mixed-age kids, I don't think the running was disruptive or dangerous at all. But it's not my call, and we must abide by their rules if we want to play there. We ended up leaving after a short time to head to a park so the kids could run. Luckily the weather was accommodating.

I felt bad using it so much but things were sanitized and placed back on the floor SO FAST that I hope the workers didn't mind too much. I would love to see you offer sensory play hours or hours where you only allow younger kids (3 and under) to play. It was a long drive on curvy country roads to get there and it was rainy and extremely foggy, but it made it part of the "spooky" fun! We got here and we were greeted with friendly people and even a sucker for our son. It was only $20 for the 3 of us to get in which is very reasonable and a cheap night compared to any local events and activities we usually go to. The trail was pretty long and we were told to go through as many times as we wished. There were tons of little houses to walk through, a maze, a suspension bridge, a concrete tunnel, a crooked house, and many slides. We thoroughly enjoyed the trail, rain and all! It was well lit with Halloween lights all throughout, so it was pretty neat to walk the trails and see hidden spooky figures in the dark. The castle is so cool! It's a mini haunted house with strobe lights, animatronics, curtains to walk through, etc. Our 6 year old was scared by it a bit and got really brave to go in a second time (which made us SO relieved we didn't go to a legitimate haunted house) so it was perfect and not too scary. They've got hot cocoa, hot cider, cold cider, and donuts for sale (very cheap) too so we took advantage of that while we walked the trail. We can't wait to go here and see it all during Christmas time!
