The suggestions they offered were very beneficial for the businesses, and we all look forward to continue working with them.

He charged me 450 for the profile and was given $200 in April but did not do any of the services. The owner Anton Jackson had received 1,183.00 cash as down payment for an in house loan from his company "Visuastruct development corporation" for home repair to cover the supplies and labor. Then every month I had to pay 671 for 18 months until the 12,000 loan is paid off. He received 2 months payments of $671.00 of payments from my credit card. Last payment was received in April but no work has been done to my house. So I didn't pay the third payment and I starting asking about the loan. He then info me that I did not get the loan after he received nearly 2,500 from. I believe this finances services never existed! In May 2017 I told him since you already have my $2,500 and you did not do any work or paid for supplies for this project. We need to set up a new agreement! He agreed with using the $2,500 as labor and I have to buy the materials so I can have the house in fair condition. For over a month he was avoiding calls and would not give me the material list to buy and supplies until I had to reversed my credit card charges in July 2017. The $1,300 is still in disputes with my bank. The last time I seen Anton was 1 week ago taking measurements and agreeing again to start on the work. He has been voiding all communication for BBB.. Now, he has disabled his website, customer portal with all the details of the agreement. I want my full remaining balance which $1,183 and $200 for my business profile for my business. She takes the time to understand what you need and works very efficiently. She also shows up on time and her prices are very reasonable when compared to others who provide a similar service. She helped me to sort through decades of possessions, furnishings, clothing and keepsakes, and assisted me in deciding what to keep, what to donate, and what to toss. She even managed to sell some items. She helped me find a mover (I live out of state) and after I had to return home, she kept packing and hauling and transporting. She was completely trustworthy, and provided documentation of everything she did. Hiring this company was the best decision I've made in a long time. Without Denise's help, this project would have taken me years. If you're thinking about hiring this company, just do it! You won't be sorry.

I hired Ed Benavides to help me with my Allstate fire Claim that happened 12/26/2018. I did not…read morehire him until after my first lowball settlement check was sent to me in my name alone from Allstate before hiring Ed. Ed Benavides gave me poor advice and told me not to accept it and send it back to Allstate. So I did. It was only so Ed could charge me 8% on all settlement checks even this very first check. This is not good advice that is looking out for my best interest of his customer. It was in his best interest only! Next, from the time I signed on the dotted line of hiring Ed Allstate sent Ed the final payout checks. Two checks one equaling $140,000 and one $27,000. I only owed Ed $10,000. He held both of my large Allstate settlement checks for well over 6 months or so not at all looking out for my best interest. I was unable to put my home back together in a timely manner and Allstate would no longer pay for my rental because my problems with my public adjuster was not their problems whether my home was done or not. This caused me great hardship and grief. Ed caused me extreme mental anguish for a very very long time. He is not looking out for the best interest of us vulnerable customers looking for help.. He is only looking to get as much money as he can get in any shape or form no matter what it takes in his own best interest no matter if it hurts your livelihood or not. He had me sign a release form that in one paragraph states I'm not to make a bad review about their company or I will be sued. I fell for this tactic for a while but I came to my senses 2.5 years later realizing that if all my statements are true I cannot be sued. I just want to share my horrible experience with the public. I do not want anyone going through what I went through. PS Amy Edward's bad review is very accurate of my experience as well.
